ECONOMIC POLICY OF ORGANISED RETAIL & ITS DEEP IMPACT
by udayraj on Mar 25, 2009 10:39 AM

Allowing organised retail in India is the biggest mistake ever done by Dr.MMS. Large corporations like reliance group & International retail chain like WalMart are now spearheading their heads in the country. What is the benefits of organised retail in INDIA is ,it gives larger corporations & multinationals an opportunity to harass ‘aam admi’ & make him more poor & poor & generate themselves a lot of money at the cost of ‘aam admi’ & only @ 0.6% to 1.8% net profit on total sales, when there are other businesses in existance which can generate them more revenues. The disadvantage is that the persons employed in retail approximately 4 crores of shopowners & 17-19 crores of their employees will register in employment exchanges in future as nonvacant candidates. The another disadvantage is about farmers. They now get better prices from multinationals than current retailers, but when the current retailers will disappear from screen, these multinationals unite themselves & form cartels & suppress for cost reduction. In detail, salary in the case of employees of organised retail ;farmers in the case of their produce & same is with the other amenities like day-to-day living instruments like appliances & other products for Small & Medium scale Enterprises. What is the benefit of customer, most of them after approx. 2-5 years later have no earnings more than now by loosing their businesses & vacancies & due to inflation & monopolistic policies of large corporations.

Karat - do you read rediff? then answer ....
by Titu Sha on Mar 25, 2009 10:35 AM  | Hide replies

I FEEL YOUR CAPACITY OF UNDERSTANDING IS VERY LESS - CAN YOU CONTRADICT ME? .. JUST GO THROUGH YOUR STATEMENT ...
All because of UPA government's obsession with GDP growth that fattens a few people. The rich become super rich in this system. Amongst the ten richest people, four are Indians. That is your record!

We are taking the government head-on on that issue. Lakhs of people are losing jobs and the government is doing nothing about it. Any government will be better than this government. What is stability after all? We have provided them stability to make the rich richer and the poor poorer.
WHY DID YOU TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO REALIS THE SAME? DOES IT NOT REFLECT YOUR POOR IQ OR VESTED INTERESTED YOU HAD?

See, you cannot have a common ideology. Can the DMK, that believes in Dravidian ideology, and the BJP have any common ideology? Ideology is not an issue. Can we come together for the common minimum programme? That will be the issue. No party is prepared to give up its ideology. I will not give up my ideology for anything. But, I am prepared to find out what is common and make it the basis for a CMP.
AHAT IS YOUR IDEOLOGY MR. KARAT? HAVE YOU AND YOUR PARTY HAS SHOWN ANY CONSISTENCY EXCEPT DESTABILISATION? AND YOU, BEING A LEADER OF CPIM 9HYPOCRITIC IDEOLOGISTS) ARE TELLING THAT
"Ideology is not an issue."? STRANGE!!!!!

I think you better read his statements carefully before posting comments here.. He didnt say Ideology is not important. He clearly said he is not going to leave his ideology. What he said is forming a government is based on a CMP and not ideology. Karat and his group are the only ones with some ideology. So, people like you who have seen only the pseudo-ideologies of BJP and no-ideology of Congress will not understand what it is!!

Can he show the action plan to make it?
Can he show the development status of that>?
If this Govt. has failed in everthing as he claimed why did he continue?

Formation of Govt.
by inderjit singh on Mar 25, 2009 10:30 AM

It is strange that our main parties are trying to get alliance with other parties to get into power. Country can gain momentum to rise only with single party Govt. Alliance parties would surely focus on leg pulling and never let India to shine.Dr. Manmohan Singh`s Govt is an example of the facts. He is great economist and has sufficient zeal to lead and an honest and capable person in all respects..He is not a weak P.M. but allied parties have made him weak. Is it not correct? Let us collectively encourage him.

Karat - useless notorius politician - we don't beleive him
by Titu Sha on Mar 25, 2009 10:28 AM  | Hide replies

Karat does not have any cpacity to do anything - in his life he is a big zero. People of West Bengal, the main bassion of Communists hate him and Yechuri.
If Karat and Yechuri had the capacity - why they could not establish CPIM in their own sates?
Bengal is always an infighting state - traditionally Bengalis like to fight among themselves by making group and require a monkey to divide the cake ... Karat and Yechuri take the advantage.
If Karat becomes PM - India will absolutely be ruined - because he does not have any decisioning ability - I have doubt about his integrity of being Indian.

1.1993 -economic Reforms .....LEFT on the Road shouting "Bech diya , bech diya ...Desh ko bech diya "

2.1998 Pokhran : LEFT on the Road shouting "Bech diya , bech diya ...Desh ko bech diya "
-Apparantly the didnt want India to be in a arms race and produce Nuclear Weapons.

3.2008: India-US Nuclear deal:LEFT on the Road shouting "Bech diya , bech diya ...Desh ko bech diya " ...Now they say we will not be able to test more Nuclear Weapons.

Abey kabhi to kuch support karo ....I can see only good things that happened because of 93,99 and not Desh becho yojna as LEFT put it.

You saw correctly, the LEFT is more stronger in Kerala, and that's the reason Kerala never comes up, But Keralites who gooutof Kerala, comes up in life. The truth is the state KERALA is living because of the Keralites in GULF and WESTERN countries. And as you said "Bech diya" In Kerala you can hear only one slogan " bandh karo ....bandh karo....all factories bandh karo..., They cannot stand the sight of a man lives happyly and wareing good cloths, decent life they never allow for Indians, if you vote them topower.
