Hello everyone!!When anyone says anything against muslims in India the everyone is so furious and no one cares for the sentiments of the Hindus. Why is Varun Gandhi wrong? In what way is he wrong? They say it is immoral, intolerant for the democratic country like India!!!! well all these mulayams,mayawati(behenji), Sonia,Rahul, they do nothing for the muslims but are more then happy to manipulate the muslims for their votes, Why hasn't the muslim community developed in the 50 Years of congress rule? Congress says if BJP comes into power then the country would get ruined with communal fightings!! they have nothing better to say!! my friends if this was the case then India would have been destroyed within the 4 years of BJP rule for 1999-2004, I am a hindu and proud one, please be realistic and don't draw conclusion on what Varun spoke out, the muslims too have to respect our religion and be more patriotic toward the country

During congress govt.. Hiindus were systematically wiped out from kKashmir and what do we have.... 3 lakh and 50 thousand refugee hiindus in their own country! NOw compare this with Prospering musalmans in gujrat...yes they r prospering more there than their counterparts in the other parts of the country..

-I had ben voting for congress all these useless years. -Just for votes, it is trying to divide vote banks on religious basis by making Varun a scapegoat and showing its own agenda. -But now I will definitely vote for BJP or NDA. -Real development of India, I had experienced during NDA, be it mobile phones, availability of petrol or cooking gas, avilability of food materials at a reasonable rate. -But with congress, excessive price rise of essential commodities, black marketing of cooking gas, withdrawal taxation on withdrawing our own money from Bank, etc. -Congress = most corrupt political party India had and has. -It is time to say bye-bye to congress for ever.

there is something called rule of law. If EC thinks this way they should file charges & let system work. Won't they trust the system as they have developed it since independence?

BJP dared to support it & promote it. Congis always suppressed technological advancement in India since independence in general but since Ind*a Gandi in particular.
No way CEC Chawla will ensure Congress win Apropos It is baffling to note the government reject the CEC’s recommendation when Article 324(2) is emphatic that “the other ECs can be removed if the CEC approves their ouster.”
In the beginning, the Election Commission consisted of only the CEC. But the Congress (I) government just before the ninth general election appointed two more Commissioners in an attempt to compromise the independence of the Election Commission. It is curious how the amended rule (on January 2, 1990 by the National Front government), which restored the status quo ante, was negated and the multi-member body continued.
The Constituent Assembly had envisaged such disputes and had asked to constitute a collegium to decide on appointments such as the CEC, ECs to be above partisan politics. But the Administrative Reforms Commission cold-shouldered it. The Apex Court must be given the power to select CEC and ECs from the list given by the government taking the Opposition into confidence.
