President puppet, PM puppet, CEC puppet, every national top office now under feet of Italian Christian Maaino, fake Sonia Gandhi, clan. Last five years, this Congresss has ruined the nation's economy and securoty. Now all sorts of side issue then putting forward to divert real issues. All patriots must wake up and don't fall into traps of side issues. Defeat and diosmantle Kangress monarchy, save Bharat and democracy.
No doubt the CD's contents are provocative but EC has not stated that its genuineness had been verified. The complainant has to prove that CD was not doctored and Varun given opportunity to challenge. Even in a murder case the accused gets an opportunity to challenge the prosecution's version. If an expert had confirmed CD's genuineness EC has not recorded in its order released to the press. Moreover election notification was issued only today. If Varun has violated any law he should be swiftly punished and debarred on the basis of that punishment. EC can't act as prosecutor ,judge & executioner whatever be the severity of the offence. That is patently against the law & principles of natural justice. EC has unwittingly betrayed serious lack of probity & exposed itself to the charge of partisanship. What a pity the EC responsible for fair elections itself has been grossly unfair and acted beyond jurisdiction.
