[Section 153 A (Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language, etc., and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony)]
Then Congress MUST be first to filed under this law as they have created enmity by promoting and implementing reservation and different laws on the basis of caste, religion , race and language. Why you people are not exposing this in your group of media companies/medium ? You also care for TRP and money. If you have DUM/courage please raise this issue and END the law which brings proximity among communities and vote for COMMON CIVIL CODE. Why the helllll musssslimsss will be treated as minority in India and with different laws for marriage and population growth ? Do not they create trouble for the country by doing this ? Wake up TB18 network and serve for the country instead of thinking how to make money ? they constitute 25% to the Indian population. Cong govts like AP have given reservation to them
Some cultural perceptions and practices among Musl11ms may not be consistent with Issslam and in some cases, against its true meaning and teachings. This makes it necessary to learn about authentic Issslam as the criterion to evaluate how Islamic Musl11m perceptions and actions are.
In contrast to the B*ble, the Q*ran considers the birth of a female as a gift and a blessing from G*d, the same as the birth of a male. The Q*ran even mentions the gift of the f*male birth first: " To A*lah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. He creates what He wills. He bestows female children to whomever He wills and bestows male children to whomever He wills" (42:49). In order to wipe out all the traces of female infanticide in the nascent M*slim society, P*ophet M*hammad promised those who were blessed with daughters of a great reward if they would bring them up kindly: "He who is involved in bringing up daughters, and accords benevolent treatment towards them, they will be protection for him against Hell-Fire" (Bukhari and M*slim). "Whoever maintains two girls till they attain maturity, he and I will come on the Resurrection Day like this; and he joined his fingers" (M8slim).

Anyone wishing to understand I&lam must first separate the r*ligion from the cultural norms and style of a society. Female genital mutilation is still practised in certain pockets of Africa and Egypt, but viewed as an inconceivable horror by the vast majority of M&slims. Forced marriages may still take place in certain Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities, but would be anathema to M&slim wom@n from other backgrounds.
Indeed, I&lam insists on the free consent of both bride and groom, so such marriages could even be deemed illegal under religious law.
A w&man forbidden from driving a car in Riyadh will cheerfully take the wheel when abroad, confident that her country's bizarre law has nothing to do with I&lam. Afghan wom@n educated before the Taliban rule know that banning girls from school is forbidden in I&lam, which encourages all M&slims to seek knowledge from cradle to grave, from every source possible.

"Paradise lies under the feet of mot@er", announced the P*ophet (swa). With this instruction, a Divine law, it became a r*ligious responsibility, a praiseworthy act, to respect and honor w*men. "Men are support for w*men," "Among the praiseworthy acts to A*lah is to treat your m*ther with honor and respect," "Be just among your children, d*ughters and s*ns, provide them good education and proper upbringing." Narrated from the P*ophet (swa). With these Divine laws, it became r*ligious duty for every M*slim, m*le or f*male, to honor w*men, treat s*ns and d*ughters justly, and for m*le to provide support, not obstacles, for w*men and their achievements.
Well if you really want to grow then practice what you market about you to the world. You tell the world that India is a secular democracy and you treat minorities and lower castes as second class citizen. Either declare them as second class citizens or stop portraying yourself as a secular democracy. Neither are you secular nor are you a democracy. You are not secular because your system favors reservation for a certain community, your police colludes with terrorists and you are not a democracy because you allow terrorists to hold high offices, even that of chief ministers
