I have a belief that it is very easy to win elections in india. over years polticians have hardly delivered and the expectation of indian voters is very low. Even if any politician focusses on doing little bit of work like building roads and maintianing it or gets then water , electricity and sanitations will win the elections hands down. they can actually win very easily by doing just littel work for the public and they can continue doing corruption and making money for themselves, still they would win bcos most of them just do corruption and no work for public.

You have made a great point. This is absolutely true that we just don't expect anything out of our legislators. We are not secured from terrorism, not insulated from economic downturn, not having access to a good public transport system. Yet we live our lives, vote and go back to normalcy. There is little else we can do actually.
what right i have if I dont exercise my vote. after this election ,2 things are very obvious , 1.rich dont vote,as they know they can get everything done ,whoever is in power. 2.poor dont vote as they know that if elections are erlier , that will be betteroff with many free bees offered by everyone without going to vote. people who have voted ,50 % are really concern of the future of the country

Election commission system was pathetic.. Everything was manual, From sourcing out names till casting of vote, 60% of the people don't have VOTING ID cards and there was no support from the officers, Lots of people left without casting a vote from the booth.. Over & above this, there was no option of 26-0 on BALLOT, that i vote nobody.. Our SYSTEM IS A COMPLETE FAILURE...
