They must have given huge donation to the university from their swiss bank accounts to get one illegitimate degree.

Cambridge has a family-almuni quota. If the father attend Cambridge they admit the son. Rajiv went so Rahul got admitted. This is called family quota.
Priveleged people like Rahul can take servant, butler and exam assistant to the dorm and the exam assistant can complete degree for the prince. Most of these dorms have servant / assistant rooms. That is how British Universities work for rich princes and minister's sons. Someone else can complete the degree while Prince has fun.
i am sending a note to cambridge to see if they can google, using the words: rahul and sukanaya. let's see if it then wants to reiterate rahul's exemplary conduct. may be in white britain gandhis behave just right but get into something in india.

WTF is Cambridge University? Is it same as University of Cambridge? Not sure/. WTF is is M.Phil in DEVELOPMENTAL studies? He gets it in 1 year? For raping SUK AN YA?
