During the (BJP-led) regime, Parliament, Red Fort and Jammu and Kashmir Assembly were attacked and the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee advocated ‘hot persuasion’ against Pakistan, avoiding diplomatic strategies, and India deployed huge forces along the border. Moreover, landmines were planted on thousands acres of land but it yielded nothing except bitter relations.
‘The result of Vajpayee's ‘hot persuasion’ was that more than a thousand poor farmers lost their lives in explosions because the high velocity winds and rats displaced the mines and deposited them on farmland which exploded when the farmers went to till the land for cultivation.

Are you happy aryan to reserve the post for Up Brahmins same like olden days.... all kings ministers are...... so we go back 5000 years back to history... and convert back all temples and musjids back to original shape....
* Advani bribed an American journalist to write an adverse article about Vajpayee HEALTH in TIME magazine. * Later Advani used this article to CONVINCE Vajpayee to appoint him as Deputy Prime Minister of India.
I don't understand one thing that why don't politicians accuse others with the "FACTS". If manmohan singh could have given 1 example of a scheme which was not implemented by Mayawati, Mayawati would not have shot back am PM. There can be an open debet on such issues and then it will come clear whoes mistake is that!! However, I know that Mayawati is lying and not Manmohan singh.
This is one thing about Indian democracy that gets to me. Unfortunately, that's how democracy works. The states of UP and Bihar are some of the most backward in most benchmarks - education, primary health, economic development, etc etc. Aptly named beemaru (sick) states. But they are some of the most populous too. And when it comes to population replacement indices, they are near 4 while some of the more progressive states are close to 2 or under 2. What does this mean, over time the population of these states will dominate India even more. Thus these states are some of the most important ones politically in the country and we have started seeing corrupt jokers like Mayawati, Mulayam Singh and Laloo talking about PM aspirations. A lot of this is because of the number of seats allocated to these states, which these regional parties win based on their caste etc politics, and then support the Govt. at the center and command power. Basically populist, pandering corrupt jokers have the most power and thus shall rule the country.

BJP is the party of the elite (aka the Brahmins and upper castes) who
have a vested interest in propogating and perpetuating orthodox
Hinduism because that preserves their position.Dalits , Adivasis and
Backward castes should not vote for their oppressors
