We have politicians who create regional and religious hatred, politicians who oppose projects like Tata Nano for political gains.

We can change our political system by voting for the right person and persuading/educating people around you to vote for the right person.

Loksatta led by Jayaprakash Narayan(Former IAS)is the only party which said it will not use
1) Money
2) Liquor
3) Religious hatred
4) Regional hatred to win in elections.

It is the only party which said it will not go for strikes to protest against government polocies but will protest in a democratic way.

For a country like India which has a 14% power deficiency importing nuclear technology for power generation is very important. Loksatta is the only party which was not part of the UPA (ruling coilation) which supported the Nuclear deal and urged other parties to support the deal which is very essential for our country.

When govt increased fuel prices because of the increased prices in gulf countries all oppositon parties did unfruitful works like using bullock carts to goto assembly. But loksatta is the only party which said we should reduce our dependency on oil (petrol) we should start using unconventional resources and fuel efficient technologies.

It is the only party which talks about providing good education and health facilities, infrastructure.

Let us all contribute by voting for the right person and campaign for parties like Loksatta which have great principles

It is one time riots stopped all riots in Gujarat & in peace
by RAJASEKHAR GOLAKOTI on Apr 22, 2009 06:32 PM

It is one time riots stopped all riots in Gujarat and it is a peaceful state than any other state in India.
How many people died in train torching and Godhra incident in Gujarat?
How many people died in 26/11 and train blasts which become a common & continuous process in Maharashtra. You Just Compare.
Don't be sticky Mr.Benjamin. Acknowledge the Facts.

Humble plea to Congress Pls do not divide the nation further
by gomateswara on Apr 22, 2009 06:30 PM

Latest in the series of controversies centred on the Congress party’s fixation with Muslim grievances is the data collection exercise involving the Indian Armed Forces.
It is irrelevant and mischievous to mention about caste-based divisions in the Army during the British rule.
Congress leaders not only divided the country politically but also militarily. The military officers and men of pre-independence India , belonging to all communities fought the WWII together under the British.

Pakistan got a ready-made army at its birth. When Indian Muslims got Pakistan they also got a Muslim army carved out of the undivided Indian Army. This army produced Pakistani generals and officers who fought wars with India — the first full scale war being in 1965. This is history in living memory.

The Congress party having divided and ruled the country for decades is continuing with its dangerous game and monstrous thinking of doing a head count for the Army now.

Ruling since last 5-6 years. Only managed to fool the semi-literate and business class people, who are anyway their voters.

It is in the category of Bihar, UP, Orissa, Chattisgarh...
