India a compromised state!
by clockworkorange on Apr 22, 2009 10:20 PM  | Hide replies

Sad but true, India has been a compromised country in most of the aspects, which can be seen at every level in day to day life. Let me elaborate on this, in a normal common family the will and wish of a boy or girl is compromised in terms of their career, hobbies, marriage etc, next comes when the boy or girl takes up a responsible position then he compromises because of several issues, be it in administration, finance, media, health, education etc, and moving into more serious issues like Governance, national security there too we see compromise (26/11 is perfect example) and we say "Sab chalta hai yaar". This compromise itself is the root cause of all corruption and indiscipline in our society. Anybody irrespective of their ethnicity, race, religion, social status if found to be corrupt, should not be spared at any cost...thats the only HOPE for a mightier INDIA.

BJP on nuclear issue
by sumit mathur on Apr 22, 2009 10:02 PM  | Hide replies

BJP flip flop is now a reality.Due patriotism of Advani is now reflecting. He opposed the deal earlier... when he sensed Congress can loose power... now he wants to reaffirm the deal when he thinks this has turned into a non issue.

Clearly Dr. Manmohan Singh has deprived Advani of any core issues. He is a true INDIAN who has selflessly played for the deal with nation FIRST in mind and no hidden agendas as Mr Advani.

BJP ke paid bloggers...what do you have to say?

About MMS, if you consider him honest and sincere then vote for him. Obviously, you can't vote for him because he is not contesting in any election. But why do you want to vote for Congress ? The Congress party is clearly the most corrupt and is very worried that BJP is hell-bent on exposing the Indian money in Swiss banks (which will most likely expose the senior Congress leaders).

If you are a honest, hard-working voter and care about the nation, vote for BJP to get that money back !

Why Indians are QUITTING only Hinduism and not other religions?
by New York on Apr 22, 2009 08:48 PM  | Hide replies

Hinduism is a COVERT mask for Casteism which intrinsically seeds HATRED in your Children (e.g.Varun Gandhi).

Hinduism's is a hierarchical (not groups) based irrational system of keeping one CASTE (Brahmins?) over everyone else.

In America there is no system in place today that forces people to remain separate or keeps one class subservient to another.
If you were born the son of a street sweeper, but excelled, you could become a doctor or lawyer or some celebrity or entrepreneur - and at the same time you would be fully accepted by your peers.

Not so in India. The caste system freezes everyone in place. It is extremely difficult - almost impossible - for someone from the lowest caste to rise in education and social status.

A Dalit would never be allowed to marry into one of the higher castes and would never be accepted as an equal.
And for a Dalit to make it into MEDICAL school or opening a RESTAURANT or become a PRIEST in a temple or become a member of high SOCIETY in India is very rare indeed.

Only by escaping from the grasp of Hinduism do they have much of a chance.
And you must only vote for candidates from your CASTE till 85% of all registered marriages in India are INTER-CASTE or INTER-FAITH.

the reality is different. i think india is far progressive than americans. a barrack obama could come only after 200 years in america.

in india Dr ambedkar was there on day 1. the architect of indian constitution.

do not belittle india or hinduism.

the glory of the nation and a religion cannot be showcased using such skewed examples.

JAI HIND.

Varun new dynastic rule????? in BJP
by Maxine on Apr 22, 2009 08:11 PM  | Hide replies

Varun Gandhi is not fit to stand for elections as either he is too immature or a person filled with hatred for non-hindus. Infact I think he might have used the controversy to his benefit to gain popularity of uneducated poor people. What is sad is that here is a young man who could have used himself to uplift those poor uneducated people by working sicerely having their interests at heart rather he brainwashes them to be elected on false pretenses. Don't mistake me as a citizen of India I hate violence of any kind whether it be directed to my fellow citizens of any religion as beneath the surface of religion, caste and other barriers we are the same flesh and blood. Why can't we see through this politicians and their agendas. Hindus are all fired up thinking that VG has hteir interests at heart but surely they will regret if they elect him.If an uneducated person had made those comments then people would have put it down to ignorance. But from varun it is criminal and bad upbringing. Step down Varun Indians are not fools.
