Online shopping makes it convenient
by zaramalik on Nov 11, 2009 05:28 PM

Hi everybody, I am Zara malik from Dubai. Have just received my beautiful maroon Abaya and was so excited at the buy that I just had to share it here. The Maroon Abaya arrived this morning and buying online from here has been such a pleasure as the service has been very good and prompt.

Maroon is my favorite color and have been on the look out for a nice and this is when I came across this beautiful maroon abaya. My search got me here and the maroon Abaya (http://www.islamic-attire.com/prod_page.php?prod_id=1247993963) had me falling in love with it at the very first sight. A simple and elegant maroon Abaya with lovely work on the sleeves and neck; this has surely been one great buy for me. Love the quality of the cloth and the work. Got a matching hijab/niqab too. The service has been very prompt and I would surely be coming back soon for more.

Dear Mr Anwer, You rightly said, its individuals personel choice to have 2 child or 10.But there is no doubt persons with 2 child will educate in a better way.And we all know the statistics that Muslims r having very high percent of illetrate community and have one of the lowest per capita income.
In my opinion, no body feed anyone, everyone has to take care about there own.No politicians is going to finance our families..this is my opinion....I haven't seen so far.Small family wealthy family and can be better taken care. One should decide with his pure intelligense.

Sheela Bhatt is against secularism & democracy.
by jaggu on Apr 25, 2009 05:25 PM

Sheela Bhatt is giving voice to a very divisive and repulsive idea of creating a vested lobby to defeat Hindu majority. It is obvious that winning of Hindu majority in most constituencies is vital for health & happiness of our democracy.

I ask,'Why muslim should hate Advani
by sivasubramanian on Apr 25, 2009 04:42 PM  | Hide replies

The incident of Babri masjid is of one villege ayodhya,In hindu epic ayothi is well known for arm,
Even if the masjid is there it might have been at the demolition of Temple is very much possible,
The same mosque is disputed,So as per islam praying in a disputed location not permitted,
So it was not a mosque when it was destructed.
So for the dispute betn two community in a villege has to be settled amoung them,
Why any outsider from any community should interfere,
So muslims thinking should change and should not have venum against BJP or its leader LalJI.
All indian should live in peace and love for each other,
So if congress try to create /poison the uslim heart election commission should ban congress from contesting election,
When congress attack hindus for election commission it is secular,
If BJP talk about protecting about hindus it is communal.
What aintrepretation wah wah!

It is a 3-cornered fight in almost all seats of UP
by shahid anwar on Apr 25, 2009 02:15 PM

BJP is definitely loosing grounds in UP.It is 3-cornedred fight between SP,BSP and Congress an most of the seats in UP.Instead of religion,it is caste factor which is dominant this time and Mayawati is expert in this. For muslims, our startegy is to vote candidates who have best chances of winning-be it SP or BSP or Congress. This way we wil have our say in all the 3 parties.

These people dont know the world outside the campus
by am shoeb on Apr 24, 2009 12:25 PM

Mr Sajjad's analysis is that of a confused professor who doesnt know what exactly happening around his walled world(campus)..since he himself is a confused man he feels muslims of UP are confused lot..its how u see things not how the things are..there is a saying"WE SEE THINGS AS WE ARE NOT AS THEY ARE"...so better ignore such confused professors who never come out of their comfortable homes in campuses to even vote..the common voter is now much more clear and intelligent than these so called LEARNED professors..the common voter identifies the problems much more clearly and correctly than what these professors learn from so called 'scientific studies'

A shameful agenda for the muslim community
by Aditya Venkat on Apr 24, 2009 09:56 AM  | Hide replies

Considering the fact that the muslim community in India are mostly illiterate and have been caught in the lower level groups since independence, one would think that 60 years of dreadful living would have changed their mindset and helped them analyse why they remain backward. Instead of focusing on education, a single child family and better economic conditions, their priorities are today to ensure that this or that politician does not come to power, and how they as a herd can help prevent certain politicians from getting elected. I wish there was some way one could open their eyes and show them a mirror. They will see that what they are today is their own making. Nothing will change until they accept that fact that there is a problem in the way they think and live and they should be brave enough to start a change from within themselves. Until then, muslims in India will always live with the illusion of being exploited and paranoid that Islam is in danger of being wiped out.

Dear Aditya, you do not worry,Islam is not in danger. As for as our socio-politico-economic problems are concerned it is same as other communities. You know, how many muslims you have heard dying AIDS?Almost nil.As for as having 1 or 10 childs are concerned,it is a personal choice. You are not going to feed them.We have large pool of educated muslims who are spreading message to educate muslim boys & girls.First you survey any muslim locality and find out percentage of muslim boys & girls going to school-it is almost 99%.If they opt for dropping=out of schools, they get trained in various technical skills are become self-reliant instead of having a job of Rs.2,000 per month. We are more independant as for as income & job is concerned.Do not worry,we are making progress but silently without fanfare.
