Delemma, for what?
by Ramanath Babu on Apr 18, 2009 02:12 PM  | Hide replies

No Delhi voter is in a Delemma, except perhaps Mr. Sunil Sethi, the author of this write-up. People have decided to whom they want to vote, I mean to which party. It is irrelevant who is its candidate.

I agree with Ramanath Babu. The people of Delhi, like the people of the rest of India, have decided to give their whole-hearted supporr to the Congress Party. The nation cannot have better leaders than Mdm Sonia Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh and Mr Rahul Gandhi.

So Prem Mohan wants the country to become a hotbed of terrorists and criminals, which is the handiwork of the Sonia-Manmohan combine over the last 4yrs. As for Rahul, this dumb fellow is no match for the fiery leader and hero Varun.

PREM MOHAN OR JOHN, christianity is like termites, you know it there when the whole structure crumbles. Look at the cross walkers done to Africa. The white christians made them slaves and today they are dying with hunger and illness. This is going to happen to Indian counverts too very soon

Abdullah, it is important to understand that no one is against Muslims.

What is being discussed is that wrong policies are being followed to appease minorities. This is sad.

It is evident that people from all religion have contributed toward India's independence and now development. You need not ask for a acknowledgement...this belongs to you.

Support secularism with us..

Abdullah, the charge is not against your religion but only about some students. Whether it is true or not is anyone's guess.
At the same time I also feel that we should be open to questioning our religious beliefs and not continue to believe in them blindly. The lack of a healthy debate about what is written in our holy books and scriptures gives rise to blind faith and subsequently fundamentalism.

Ankur,we can not change our belief. Our beloved religion Islam is most important for us.For we muslims,Islam is dearer than our lives.Example-I have a 3 year son who is dearest to me in this world. If required,I will die for him.At the same time,if Islam requires,we both will die for Quran(holy book) & Mohammad(our sourse of inspiration,PBUH).This is the case of almost all muslims around the world..So,Quran & Mohammad(PBUH) can never never never never...be separated/changed from our lives...After Soviet block gets collapsed,Islam is the only biggest challenge for America. So,what I suggest is that we Indians should not follow blindly the western media.Yes,we muslims have our own problems and our community is solving at various levels.A healthy atmosphere is requied between two communities (Hindu and Muslims)in India. And this is possible if we apply our own mind instead of listening to RSS/VHP/BAJRANG DAL.

"And this is possible if we apply our own mind instead of listening to RSS/VHP/BAJRANG DAL". Here you say "we" but mention only RSS/VHP/BD. Do you mean to say Muzzies are listening to RSS/VHP/BD?

Kingfisher,of course their are some elemnts. And we muslims should not listen to them.Simi was one of the cases. But now they are not so big and organised as RSS/VHP/Bajrang Dal. I will tell you-most of Muslims' anger is against America because of America's oppression on muslim countries especially Iraq (they even did not spare hospitals). If Indian media and government blindly follows western media/government then situation can not become normal.

Anwar - you need to become a human being first by leaving Wahabi islam which preaches nothing but hate for other beliefs. RSS represents highest moral values in human life and it obviously opposes the hate mongering of your mullas, this is the duty of every human being, it is no wonder that your hateful beliefs make you accuse RSS of hate, which is simply not there. It would not make any sense to argue with you until you become a human being.

REAL FACE OF INDIAN MEDIA.
by Desh Premi on Apr 18, 2009 01:57 PM  | Hide replies

Every media was listed to be owned by overseas Christian organisations. It was difficult to believe but the Election coverage by TV Media was showing some signs.
BUT NOW IT IS PROVED BEYOND DOUBT.
(1)No TV Media aired the News on the suicide
of Senior Vadhera. If any such death had
happened in the family of a BJP person,
the Media would have gone agog with the
news.
(2)Teestha Setalwad was exposed of creating
most of the Gujarat Riot Stories and in
fact taken the Supreme court almost for a
ride.Imagine a similar offence by the
opposite side.There would have been
discussions,hen fights,opinion polls and
SMS surveys.
The MEDIA OF THIS DECADE WILL BE REMEMBERED FOR AGES TO COME. IT IS A BLOT ON JOURNALISM.

Is there any Indian who will
