Mayawati Memsahab is spending Rs.1200 cr. in rennovating few parks in Lucknow. I dont know about after winning Lok Sabha election what the hell she will do in delhi. I request every responsible indian not to vote BSP.

Constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section "49-O" that a person can go to the polling booth, Confirm his identity, Get his finger marked and Convey the presiding Election officer that he doesn't want to vote anyone!
Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these seemingly Notorious leaders have never disclosed it. This is called "49-O". Why should you go and say "I VOTE NOBODY"... Because, in a ward, if a Candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has Received "49-O" votes more than 123, then that polling will be Cancelled and will have to be re-polled.
Not only that, but the Candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest The re-polling, since people had already expressed their decision on Them. This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine Candidates for their parties for election.
This might change the way, Of our whole political system... It is seemingly surprising why the Election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public.... Please spread this news to as many as you know... Seems to be a Wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India ... Show your power, Expressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful Than voting...
So don't miss your chance. So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49-O) and pass this info On... Use your voting right for a better INDIA

there is no option of repolling under the section 49-O. It just give you right to say that you don't want to vote anybody.
He may have hived off few crores from the loan waiver of Rs.71000 crores increased to by Rahul Gandhi. But then one should appreciate him having disclosed this much. What abt Sonia? She doesnt have a car even? What a joke.

Then their leader Mayawati how much has earned in this regime of power?? This indicates how corrupt this party would be?? Mayawati-daughter of a dalit & slum dog shows gut to eye upon respected persons of the Country like Varon and impose NSA upon him. Indian People should caste 100% vote in favour of BJP so that these type of evils will be punished & eliminated mercilessly.

I do not know why, every comment that is put up flows towards either communal bashing or political party bashing and abuses. Have all the readers and participants of rediff become so frustrated that they give vent to their frustrations in cowardice and in anonymity??? Can we not find the courage to use this forum to bring together some sincerity and sensibility amongst the MINORITY that is educated?? Can the educated MINORITY not bring about some awareness and responsibility in the OVERPOWERING MAJORITY which is uneducated, unaware, fighting for their next morsel, have no values, no vision, and are easily misguided by our SELFISH NETA EXPLOITERS of the masses. It is high time that the educated MINORITY that responds to rediffmail use this forum not to fragment further. That will be self defeating. That is what the NETAS who come for elections only on the strength on THE SINGLE COMMON MAJORITY of the illetrate, unaware, starving voters.
