From the begining I was saying in this forum that Nitish kumar ,an honest politician like Dr Manmohan Sigh ,Atal Behari Bajpai ,Narendra modi will perform and I think Bihar has not changed much but there is a base now for change
Stop Haj subsidy and instead tax them Mughols imposed tax on Hindus for yatras. Even if some Hindu going for pilgrimage in his own motherland has to pay tax to Mughols. And this Congress paying subsidies to thses l#andy#as for Haj. I think even we should start charging them instead of subsidy. Collect Rs.10,000 as tax from them for evey Haj visit per person.
