WORDS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ACTIONS
by damodaran mohan on Apr 15, 2009 01:10 PM  | Hide replies

It was not jut the release but the entire hi-jack drama was handled in very unprofesional manner, as if India were a banana republic. The biggest lapse was the Home ministry failing to stop the flight from leaving the country. This lapse was perhaps the single bigget lapse which reulted in subequent misery and once the flight left the country it was very difficult to retieve the position in India's favour. It certainly did not reflect a busyness like or professional approach of the then Home minister againt Terror.

True it was handled very lousily. But had it been Cong I'm sure it would've been handled even lousier way. Look what happened to 26/11. Look how Assam is reeling under repeating blasts in the state inspite of Cong being in power there. If the ruling party is part of the conspiracy then no way you as a citizen can expect a cover.

Today voting the Cong to one more term means we will see more 26/11 happening in India because the leadership is not strong and committed. Tell me, why should an Italian be committed to India. What's at stake for her if the people continue to vote her to power every election? She would obviously take the ppl for granted.

Show them who is the boss. It's us and we will vote to build a strong India. So, please vote BJP.

BJP has more faith in MMS than Mr.Advani
by South Indian on Apr 15, 2009 12:23 PM  | Hide replies

Advani says he didnt kow what was going on.
Eventhough he was home minister of the country

I think Vajpayee, Rajnath singh, VK Malhotra thought MMS & Sonia are more important than the home minister and invited them. BJP at that time thought Advani can never be trusted. It was very hert breaking affair for then home minister. So if he become PM he too will invite Sonia & MMS only, not any BJP man. Probably he should pick one to go for escort in advance. His natural choice I think will be Narendra Modi.

For All So Called Secular Parties . . . .
by diwakar singh on Apr 15, 2009 11:42 AM  | Hide replies

All the so-called SECULAR PARTIES are criticizing NDA Govt. for releasing of 3 terrorists for 180 innocent people. In that concern, few questions are coming in my mind.

1.      Is Kandhar in India or in Afghanistan ?
2.      In 1999, who was ruling Afghanistan ?
3.      From where, the plan was hijacked ?

I think hope Iam not wrong that KANDHAR is in Afghanistan. In 1999, I think TALIBAN was ruling there (in Afghanistan) and according to the news, plan was hijacked from KATHMANDU in Nepal.

All world knows who the Talibaan is. Diplomatic relations between the Indian Govt and Afghanistan was not there at that time due to the Talibaan rule and Indian govt had not recognized the talibaan govt except the two nations : Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

So tell me Mr. Prime Minister / Mrs. Sonia Gandhi / Mr. Rahul Gandhi, if KANDHAR happened at the time of your rule or if you were ruling in 1999, then what was your reaction?

Hi Mr. Diwakar,

Thats what the point is, if congress would not have been able to do anything then in Kandhar matter, what different steps wouldh have NDA taken if it was in power during Mumbai Attack. Terrorist attack and price hikes depend on the whole market irrespective of central govt. they decrease or increase.

Think
by Sathyan R on Apr 15, 2009 11:39 AM  | Hide replies

It was congress who joined hands with the terroists and plotted the hijack episode and wanted the release for the Terrorist.
Their main motto was to win elections by crooked means. i.e. if terrorist is not released, then people would have been killed and they can go to people for votes saying BJP could not save innocent lives. So Vajpayee consulted all parties including MMS and sonia and released the terrorist.

So, they did not raise this issue during last election. Thinking people would have forgotten by now.....they are raising this issue now.

Do not vote these crooked people, who can go to the extent of selling India for their selfishness.

Mr. Sathyan... I can provide you with another Conspiracy Theory...

The 26/11 was masterminded by BJP... they wanted to kill Hemant Katkare so that they can cover up the Malegaon Blast....

Congress is not aswering, can anybody who is supporting congress or (pesudo) secularist can answer. Without answering this nobody has the right to criticize BJP.

What is the alternative that could have done at the time of kandhar hostage?

How could have been tackled it?

you are absolutely right, whatever steps are taken by respective govt. for particular problem is the best solution, so instead of criticising either UPA or NDA we should support the ruling govt.

CONG HATAO, DESH BACHAO.
by Indian on Apr 15, 2009 09:10 AM

Cong is scared of losing the elections. They were never so scared because of the increase in the covert support for BJP all around.

All cong leaders Sonia, Rahul, Priyanka and Manmohan gone bonkers. Pranab is not speaking because he has come to know that he is going to lose by a big margin. Therefore he is busy in last ditch effort trying to woo voters in his constituency.

We all know by now the double standards of the Cong. We also know that the third front is nothing but opportunists who will become allies of the leading party after the elections.

Therefore, my friends, to save the nation from further deterioration, and to ensure that we build India into a strong nation, please vote for BJP and no other party. We need a stable and strong Govt.

Double Standards of Congress
by Cool Mahesh on Apr 15, 2009 08:48 AM  | Hide replies

This shows the double standards of the Congress. This is well known that people from all the parties were involved in the meeting to release the terrorists in return for the passengers. And all parties had equivocally agreed to releasing terrorists in return for passengers. This is just election gimmick by Congress.

Some of the communists & Congis were also seen alongwith the families of passengers protesting in Delhi, to force the government to release the terrorists in return for the passengers.

The conspicuous difference between Kandhar and Mumbai episodes
by P Dutta on Apr 15, 2009 07:46 AM  | Hide replies

The Mumbai episode was an attack on India which the Govt failed to face promptly and expediciously. For more than 12 hours, Mumbai witnessed an unprecedented sight of death and destruction. This was a very painful outcome of highly indecisive, mentally paralysed Governments both at the State and Central levels. The handling of the situation during the subsequent 48 hours were equally atrocious. The Govt at the Centre failed to realise that it was a blatant agression on our souvereignty and deserved to be responded at least equally ferociously if not more. If some Americans had not been killed in the attack, MMS and his colleagues would have been persuading Pakistan (and I repeat persuading) even now to at least accept that the planning was done in their soil.
While 180 innocent lives, many of them our guests from abroad, were lost in Mumbai attack, in the Kandhar episode 180 innocent lives were saved. Also there was no loss of property in the Kandhar episode whereas thousands of crores of property were damaged or lost.
There is absolutely no comparison and it is simply unfortunate that the PM of our country is patting his own back and simultaneously the Gandhi - parivar - Sonia, Rahul and Priyanka (and may be Priyanka's children) - have joined the corus to pat PM's back for this debacle, for which a parallel can be drawn only with Chinese agression.

Surendra bhai, Kargil was a bold step taken by BJP. If Cong were at power, we would never had a Kargil war. Inki phat jati hai war-se.

And you have seen BJP in power only for 5 years in which they brought down the interest rates, maintained the inflation under control, gave a good gradual relief to the taxpayers and created a congenial environment for industrial growth on which Cong rode their success from 2004 to 2008. But after 26/11 what has Cong done? The same Manmohan Singh declared that within next 100 days his govt would set up a strong Anti-Terror Law. What happened to that? Or maybe he meant 100 days from 2020.

Therefore my friend, please don't go by the false claims of Cong. They are the biggest enemies of our country. Now Priyanka has already started saying the Rahul would be a good PM. PM ka kursi kya unke baap ka raaj hai? Who should decide the PM? The Nehru-Gandhi family or us?

You can show your power to them by voting for BJP.
