Narrendiran never choosed to vote right candidate
by a p on Apr 15, 2009 09:01 AM  | Hide replies

I think from the inception Narrendiran and his family is voting to AIDMK and his vote will go to AIDMK. Even though he is saying his vote will go to right candidate, he might be voting to same political party from 18.

Lets make him aware that no political party of any country can stop terrorism fully. Even the terrorism was happening during the BJP ruling. Human tendency is in remembering the recent incident and forgetting the past. I believe congress did much better in handling terrorism than BJP.
Price rise is not only in India, that is across the world. Good with India is even rice KG of rice is touching about Rs 40, poor peoples are getting rise in Rs 2 per KG as well. With this global scenario if BJP could be ruling rice price might have touched to Rs 80 as of now. BJP never know managing economy.

Citizens please vote.
by Anand on Apr 15, 2009 09:01 AM

Dear voters who are going to vote on thursday please remember you are not just voting, you are deciding the future of India and its citizens. The future of our children depend on the development of our beloved country and its security. There are 3 choices one is an old medicine which we tried many times for more than 55 years and proved to be not working. Then we have the BJP which we tried for 5 years and which worked wonderful for the nation. This medicine could be tried again and see whether they can improve further. Then we have the opportunistic and outdated expired medicine called the commies. They know only to oppose everything except that of the muslims. They talk of freedom of speech but will oppose Taslima of Bangladesh and will boot her out of Bengal, elsewere they will make a hue and cry if Hindus ask for stopping the prothelysing foreigners coming in as tourists. Please do vote and decide who can work genuinely for the development of our country based on its rich culture and religion. Our children should be able to live in our country with dignity and freedom to practice our indigenous religion. We do not want to convert any one but should not let the political masters openly encourage people to convert as is happening in Andhra. The CM through his brother Anil Kumar is encouraging convertion. This is not secular it needs a fiiting reply. Vote out congi.

Vote Manmohan
by BR on Apr 15, 2009 08:23 AM

Voting for Manmohan is better , as he is a proven experienced finance minister. At least we will not get Ram Vilas Paswan and such like in the finance sector.

Of course many things need to be fixed even within Congress - bribery and kickbacks foremost. Investigate Reliance. Immense wealth garnered by local govt. politicians

These are just hints.

Criminilaztion of Politics

Who are more corrupt? The Individual or mass Killers? Or, those who have plundered peoples' money and stashed away the same in Swiss bank in the order of K$?
Indians rank the first, so is the information to me.
Is there any one who can dig out the Indian names?

wish them goodbye from politics and see them off behind the bars.

Voice for Youths...
by ranjit kumar on Apr 15, 2009 08:11 AM  | Hide replies

All Parties should resign and give a chance to the youths for the development of this country. India has one of the worst election policies and rules as compared to other countries. So, I request all the party leaders whether it is congress, BJP, SP, or Mayawati, please resign everyone and sit in home and see how we youths help this country to become a number one position.

WHAT BASICALLY PEOPLE WANT FROM GOVERMNEMT - A GOOD GOVERNANCE
by SANTOSH KUMAR on Apr 15, 2009 06:43 AM

UNDOUTADLY GOVERNMENT IS FOR GOVERNANCE, HENCE OBVIOUSLY PEOPLE OF THE COUNTRY AT FIRST WANT SAFETY & SECURITY AND THEN OPPORTUNITY OF EARNINGS, WHICH ENTAILS GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE AND INVESTMENT (EITHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE).

BUT ABOVE ALL IT IS THE SAFETY AND SECURITY WHICH COMES ABOVE ALL FOR EVERY CITIZEN IN THIS COUNTRY AND DAY BY DAY THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SECURITY IS DETORIATING. FOR DETORIATING SAFETY THE NATIONAL POLITICAL PARTIES ARE RESPONCIBLE. THEY ARE GIVING TIKETS TO THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS AND IN THIS WAY THE AT FIRST HAND GIVING MESSAGES THAT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND IS ALSO A QUALIFICATIONS FOR BECOMING LEGISLATORS. CONSEQUENTLY OUR YOUTH GETS WRONG MESSAGES AND DIRECTION AND STARTS WORKING FOR AQUIRING MUSSLE POWER, WHICH FORM A GROUP OF MISCREANTS / CRIMINALS. THESE PEOPLE HAVE BACK SUPPORT OF THEIR POLITICAL PARTIES AND GET RID OF AND MECHINERY AND HRASS INNOCENT PEOPLE IN THE SOCIETY.

NOW SITUATION HAS TURNED TO SUCH WORST POSITIONS THAT NOT ALL BUT SUBSTANTIAL NUMBER OF OERSONS IN THE SOCIETY ARE STARTED FEELING TAHT THEY HAVE MUSSLE POWER COUPLED WITH POLITICAL POWER, BY WHICH THEY CAN GET ANY WORK DONE. SO NOTHING ELSE TO DO.

SO TIME HAS COME BEFORE THAT ALL POLITICAL PARTIES SHOULD TAKE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY TO WEED OUT CRIMINAL ELEMENTS AND SHOULD TAKE OATH JOINTLY THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE TICKET TO ANY PERSONS WHO HAVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS.

BEWARE POLITICAL PARTIES OTHERWIS OUR COUNTRY WILL ALSO BECOME TALIBAN LIKE COUNTRY.

disqualification for election
by vinod gulati on Apr 15, 2009 06:41 AM  | Hide replies

Dynasty, colour, caste, creed, criminal history, opportunism, holding riches more than an average voter, aged more than 60 years must not be voted for. We must fix up not more than two terms for MP, MLA and all other elected positions and minimum education criteria for voters and candidates - we must join hands to cleanse the democracy.

Dynasty alone should NOT be reason for voting against: he/she may be a well trained and good person from association.
Riches more than average voter should also Not be negative criteria: person like CEO of upcoming corporate can also be a good leader, if willing.
Other factors may be considered!
