According to MMS, Delhi and Bokaro (where largest number sikhs were massacred next only to Delhi) also fall into the category of undeveloped. MMS has still not understood. Riots are momentous and more emotional in nature. It has nothing to do with progress, development and growth. Sajjan Kumar and Tytler are both educated, but still led the anti Sikh riots. I ask SG & MMS, if a high profile Congress politician or Rahul Gandhi or any one related to SG, Rahul or Priyanka would have been trapped in Taj or Oberoi, would have the Congress & the PM taken same stand & same actions. They dealt strict with terrorist becuase none of their known was there in the hotels. In fact, we should appreciate Mr. Vajpayee & Mr. Advani that they gave a thought & importance to normal civilians lives.

He was going to show MMS as the example of a man who has never taken a decision :) because all the decisions were taken by Sonia.
according to this criteria, even Delhi also can never be said developed state, is the Sardar's criteria of developed place is whose history should be clean? aren't we human's eliminated many innocent species from our world? why only human's are considered as innocent?
Ahmedabad: The first list of 21 candidates announced by the BJP yesterday has many surprises that even many BJP leaders in the state find difficult to fathom. The most striking surprise is that the party has fielded three candidates who figured prominently in the multi-crore cooperative banks scams, which left thousands of depositors penniless.
Two of the three candidates were arrested and jailed for a few months till they were granted bails by the courts.
The three candidates are: CR Patil from Navasari, Deepak Sathi from Anand and Prabhatsinh Chauhan from Panchmahal Lok Sabha seats.
"I just cannot believe that such scamsters can be BJP candidates in Gujarat," a senior BJP leader said ruefully. He added that this shows that the party considers only criterion of winnability of the candidate and nothing else.
