Indian EC is and has been a mute spectator.All kinds of malpractices happen in every election. There was one exception in case of Varun Gandhi. There was a severe action on instructions from the first family of India.
DESPERATION 85% of Indians are languishing in an informal economy to earn $2 a day so that they can feed a MEAL for their family. Hence their lives oscillate between DESPERATION and FRUSTRATION. They will SUCCUMB easily to CORRUPTION and vote in ELECTIONS for 100 rupees BRIBE.
COLLUSION No TAXES means no CIVILIZATION. And only 1% of eligible 15% Indians pay Personal INCOME Tax. India's richest sportsman SACHIN TENDULAR himself is UNCIVILIZED and shamelessly EVADED taxes when he imported FERRARI sports car.
Indians HATE each other and does not want fellow Indian to SUCCEED. CASTE aka socio-economic collusion is the HIDDEN agenda between any two individuals in Politics, Business, Police and Judiciary. Since ONLY source of FUNDS for Political Parties is BRIBES from Businesses, they must be LOYAL to them.

From just being an advisory body, it should have some legal powers to conduct elections ina dignified manner. It could have taken one step further and asked each of the political parties on how they plan to address each of the 4 or 6 issues facing the nation. This would have forced the political leaders to talk sense instead of merely indulging in mud slinging.

DS Srinivas of AP congress leaders threatened that he will do anything for minorities...even to cut the hands of HIndhus ..
EC is highly quite..meda also quite..due to this type of partiality only BJP rising in politics...to protect Hindhus...
