After Kerala TN Orissa missionaries aggressive in AP and Karnataka Example - Alarming 5 fold increase in Kandhamal Christian population from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001 ,It began with the arrival of Christian missionaries in the area who found the remote region very conducive to conduct prosetylization amongst the poor tribals. The conversions continued unhindered until the arrival of Swami Laxmanananda who put strenuous efforts to stop conversions and help reconversion to Hinduism as well. If not for his effort Kandhamal would have been another Nagaland in the making where the separatist movement has wrecked havoc in the state. The aggressive Christian proselytization in Orissa today pitched previously peaceful tribals into warring camps of Christians and non-Christian. This has has vitiated the peace that has existed with various communities for millenia. Why Orissa Orissa has been specially targeted because of a huge tribal population. This allows the missionaries to work from the scrutiny of the media and carry our their nefarious activities. In Kandhamal district, for instance, the Christian population has increased from six per cent in 1971 to 27 per cent in 2001, despite a law enacted by the Orissa Legislature in 1967 to prevent conversion by allurement, coercion, bribery and cheating.

In the last five years, Andhra Pradesh has become a bastion of the the Christians. In Coastal AP, there is a church every 1 km now - and people being enticed with bags of rice and money. CM YSR Reddy's son-in-law, Anil Kumar, is one of the bigger evengelists. These conversions have happened brazenly and no Hindu encouraged to raise voices. In any case, the Congress is a "secular" party, so anything anti-Hindu is music to its ears.
In Orissa, similar moves by the missionaries is being met tooth for tooth by the Hindus.
Hindus NEVER make the first move in any matter (this is known to everyone). Whether its a good thing or something that needs correction - is another matter. Fact is, we always REACT.
And in Karnataka, Orissa - Hindus have taken up cudgels and hit back against this horrifying practice.
Christians are pathologically evangelical. In trains/buses with co-travellers, in public places - these guys are always upto praising the lord (nothing wrong with that) but subtly or not-so-subtly running other religions down (specially Hinduism). I personally have been "caught" up with these guys twice - one has to admire their fanatical resolve and blind faith. And the biggest evangelists are the recent converts. As they say "naya mussalmaan zyada pyaaj khata hai"!!!

(government order) that banned Christianity preaching in the vicinity of temples. He said he would allow preaching of Christianity in Hindu temples. Language and Caste of original races of India should be basis of census and identity In Our Country the language and caste forms the basis of identity of the original races of India. The Indians of any Indian language (Including Hindi and Urdu) and Indian caste, but of any faith are the Indians and are the original sons of soil and are entitled for equal rights. We must not allow people to be separated on the basis of artificially created Religion Mask. Even during Maurya (321–184 BC), Kushan (60–240 AD), Gupta (280–550 AD), Pala (750–1174AD) Empires etc etc parts of North/North West India, Middle East Iran etc, South West China etc were in the same Empire Intermingling of Races even before 2000 years and WE ARE ALL RELATIVES. hinduism is a new name given by westerners people have forgotten its real name " sanatana dharma" meaning eternal religion. we dont have any bidnings and any protocol to follow, we can worship god in any form we want, or even not believe in god but do good actions. even a atheist can be a hindu. we are not worried about spreading it, because all the people in this world are following the same ideology. the most important thing is to be good. the word "Cru$ade" is absent in sanatana dharma
