BJP sees and shows everything with Religion Glasses put on eyes. In its own coin, the 1984 massacre was committed mostly by Hindus. They were Hindus first (since birth) and Congressmen (or non political hindus)later. Many Jan Sanghis could also be there. Now the Pro-BJP persons are running propaganda that sikhs were massacred by congressmen. Well, the sikhs are not fools. They can read between the lines. In fact most of those common men who actively participated in the massacre (hindus) are now with BJP, that is their mentality (of their party and their leaders as well). You may check this yourself. This BJP has a History of creating trouble all along on Ram, Sita, Shiva, Amarnath, Kashi, Mathura etc. etc. They always try to gain sympathy of the 80% Hindu Vote Bank of India by targeting other communities. See what has been happening in Orissa, MP, UP, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan etc in the recent past. Recently they have been damaging Churches and targeting Christians. Of course the Gujarat 2002 will go down in history as a blot on India, similar to the Nazi times of 1940's. India was ruled then by the weakest PM Vaypayee , then they had a over ambitious and incompetent Home Minister, and the local operation was handled by the main convict irself, who planned it all just to regain his hindu votes by fooling them religiously and enacting the Godhra Drama, just like the Surat bomb plantings. Power, by hook or crook is all that means to them.

The recent Take over of Chidambaram temple by non-hindus and aestheists on Tamilnadu shocks our conscience. In many ways the ‘dravadian (by logical corollary ‘non indian’) heavily campaign against Hinduism and Hindu Symbols bears resemblance to the actions of the Taliban against non-islamic symbols (Bamiyan Buddha statues) in Afghanistan. Under international outcry even the Talibans halted their destruction of the statues, but in India the same set of politicians are now keeping quite. Needless to say every attack on Hinduism and a section of the Hindu society (dubiously called as ‘upper caste’) is packaged as social justice! Sp great is the fear of ‘caste, votebanks, that even parties professing support fo Hindutva are refusing to consider the just and fair rights of the Unreserved Class Hindus. Things have gone so far that none of them are even willing to consider the Unreserved Class Hindus as Citizens.

Go and ask your peers (BJP NDA) why they destroyed more than 2000 temples during their regime on the pretext of Golden Triangle (Highways).
They can demolish thousands of temples and mosques, when others even think of demolishing even one temple, BJP (Dharma sevaks" start shouting that they (mainly Congress) are anti-hindu, Hindu dharma is in danger, India is invaded etc etc..
Last week in Jhalawar - Rajasthan, BJP "activists" (goons) have declared Bandh (shut down or closure) and are clashing with the Police because the Govt. UIT (Developers) had demolished an unauthorised Temple that had come up on Govt. land, obviously built for land grabbing. So these BJP people have started spreading word that Hindu dharma is in danger and only BJP can save it !!! This is what they have been doing since last 25 years. I expect more of communal disturbances across India as the D-Day (Voting) approaches. All created by our Nationalist and true Desh-Bhakt party.
Why can't they collect money between themselves and buy small piece of land and do whatever they want. Or someone amongst them could have donated some land for the noble cause. But no, they want "haraam ki kamaai" for God - what god, they had intention to grab land on the name of God.
As a result the eastern District of Jhalawar and neighbouring areas under seige by the BJP goondas and criminals. People are unnecessarily facing problems due to this.

ONLY Hindu temples can be and are taken over in India. Why does an "atheist" party (parties with a D and a K in their acronymns) led govt want to interfere in things religious? Can they dare touch mosques or churches, even if the most nefarious activities happen there or in their aegis? Bribed conversions, terrorist / anti-national activities, etc - all of these can happen thru these places no one is supposed to even question these, let alone dream of take overs.
That only Hindu temples are subject to such treatment is because of the inexplicable and sometimes maddening indifference of the community. We are all probably too busy or work too hard or plain dont care. No vigilantes or whistle blowers in our community unlike for other religions. And yes, some of the biggest whistle blowers and vigilantes for the other religious communities are some of our arm-chair "secular" Hindus only.
Such Hindu "secularists" don't care if Hindu gods and goddesses are caricatured elsewhere on rubber slippers or innerwear, their temples taken over/ vandalized, etc. Their line is that the such acts do not in any way endanger Hinduism or lessen the stature of our gods or goddesses in any way. They raise hell on the Gujarat riots but NOT A WHIMPER on the way Kashmiri pandits got brutally thrown out of their own homeland by Islamic groups. And if you raise your voice against them, then you will be dubbed "uneducated", "intolerant", "Hindu fascist", etc.s

A good proposal but not acceptable to PM as he is not a politcian at all. He remembers only Baberi Mosque demolition forgetting that problem started by his party by opening locks of the mosque and remained mute spectator while the demolition was taking place forgets stock market scam when he was FM, 25000 Cr spectrum scandal, 80,000 Cr Satyam Mytas scandal…….. . Since he does not remember who gave taste of emergency to India and who butchered thousands sikhs in 1984 therefore what he is going to debate? Mr.Advani's request for debate to PM is an exercise in futile.

I am sure Congress is not so naive as to give such a lame excuse for not letting Mr. singh to debate Mr. Advani on live TV program.And let the debate happen actually. I am waiting for this "INSTITUTION" of live-public-debate on issues to emerge out of this election. If not anything else.As it is we are heading for a very unstable government ... let these institutions of electoral governance emerge.Voters (citizens) are scrambling for a wholistic view of each political party. And Congress has shrewdly managed the process by not creating such an institution.Even if Advani does not come to power, he will have left a lasting impact on the democracy by enabling the creation of live-public-debate as a major milestone in the national electoral process.

Farmers and every other section of the society are where they were five years ago, and even worse. Did loan waiver increase the wealth of average farmers? Did the money meant for various welfare schemes change the condition of targetted section? If not, where has all this money ultimately ended up?
It is reasonable to believe that mostly Congressmen benefitted from all these schemes. UPA partners could have got their share for supporting Congress. Only Congress and Co is hell bent on hiding the truth about Swiss Bank accounts.

Where is the security cover for the man sleeping on the railway platform while in transit? Should all of us carry rapid-fire guns in our person?
