Media too playing divisive politics
I have an observance about media playing divisive politics like our politicians. I have always observed that any criminals, whether for robbery, rape or murder , when caught from a minority community, they are masked with black clothes. Most recent being today's example. The guys who raped the American have been shown with their faces. They got defamed for life now. But the 5 robbers caught, who conducted robbery in 27 houses, being from minority community, are masked with black clothes. I strongly condemn this divisive attitude of the media. A criminal is a criminal from any community, from any country, from any caste or creed. I think every criminal's face should be published in newspaper & television so that people can stay alert from him.

Imaandar, really?

To quote Mr. Shervani, "But the Bharatiya Janata Party wanted to politicise the Kargil war and made security a national issue."

I wonder if he is implying that the BJP politicised the Kargil war to the detriment of Muslims. It is as if the BJP portrayed Kargil as a Hindu victory. Nothing in fact can be farther from the truth.

And why is security not a national issue? Is it because it is a fundamental human right to blast bombs thereby vitiating the economic environment so that the country gets fast tracked on its journey to the medieval ages? Or is it because the sickular media values its association with the incumbent government more than its divine responsibility of being the fourth pillar of this democracy?

Mr. Shervani is just taking his gullible, mass produced and illiterate vote bank for yet another ride.

irrespective of the religion people fought for the country and won the Kargil war it should be claimed as the victory of indians. Please check the martyr list of kargil you will find people from all sections laid their life for nation.

In tamilnadu the BJP is only party which has came out with slogans the people being suffering in Srilanka as "Tamil Hindus" otherwise there was no mention of religion in the entire episode of Srilankan conflict.

Every indian citizen want security to live in peace and prosper either from Bombblasts ( Terrorism) or Riots( Mob Terrorism).

akram, its not true. kargil war was mainly fought by hindus and buddhists. check the list. muslim units were the source of the problem in particular 16GRENADIERS, which is a muslim unit and it disgraced itself. subsequently, care was taken that only hindu and buddhist units will be used. btw i was in kargil with KK Wing Ladakh Scouts.

Typical loudspeakers

In many parties we have only people who speak more than doing anything. BJP has the highest number in this regard. They are experts in abusing people personally, calling names, calling non-BJPs as anti-national and what not? Like if Sonia was there in their party, they would have twisted and said that she is there to spread Hind. religion in Italy. Only clever talk.

Another worthless UP goon like Mayawati or Mulayam Singh will become PM to take the country back to the stone ages.
These Northie beggars are a curse for the entire nation. The people there are easily fooled and the leaders rob the entire country being corrupt and criminal minded in nature.

moderates as the PM for last two times. Both Vajpayee and MMS have been good. In fact MMS has been very good. Dunno what would have happened if a hardliner like Advani who is committed to building Ram Mandir or useless third front politician had become the PM. Unfortunately the candidate from BJP this time is Advani, who will once again divide the nation in the name of power grabbing.

When will you come out of the mindset paited by the pseudo-secular English media? This Congress thug wants and expects the vots of all Mozlims and Dalits in his constituency-why - not because he has done anything for them in particular, but because he himself is a Mozlim. If this is not communalism and casteism, then what is communalism??? Congress is the most communal party in India as of now.

What is very good about MMS. A very high rate of inflation, price of houses (which is not counted in inflation but effects common man) tripling in 5 years or a terrorist attack every two month

Are you serious? MMS is a moderate? You can call him inert, puppet or whatever, but moderate?

He reminds me of the puppy on the old HMV gramophone records. He would recite whatever his master instructs him to. Sample this gem from Mr. Singh.

"minorities, particularly Muslims, must have the ‘first claim’ on resources".

Your brain conditioned on a sickular diet and you think I must have fabricated this? Please do a Google search.

Mr. Singh is just a prized Mukhota for a party for which India ceased to be the priority a zillion years back.
