MAY BE HE CAN BE BOOKED UNDER 'PILIBHIT SECURITY ACT' IF THERE IS ANY SUCH ACT. CONGRESS HAS GIVEN UNNECESSARY PUBLICITY FOLLOWED BY MAYA.
How many are being booked under NSA? Why Varun’s case is a special case? It is well known that if one goes on applying yardsticks used in Varun, there will have been many cases.
