On hate speeches, he got bail. He is charged under NSA for the riot that took place after he was taken away by police when he surrendered. Indian system is such that we are not sure whether the issue will be taken to its logical (legal) conclusion. SC has issued notices; UP govt will submit some answer. AND THEN????
It was partition that killed Gandhi, It was an individual, or congress party conspiracy to grab power.The individual blame partition who was Hindu because Hindus were not allowed to live in Pakistan.

Varun use of word 'hand' was an attack on Congress party because it is the symbol of Congress party, which is destroying Hindus to please Muslim Vote bank. But secular politicians interpreted hand as Muslim hand or terrorists hand, which is trying to destroy Hindus. Secular politicians and media interpret every word of BJP as hate due wrong programming of the brain (please pardon me, if you don't agree with me that they have brain).
