Varun Arrest a Threat to Hindus
by Rajesh Vyas on Apr 01, 2009 02:40 PM

More than the threat to Hindus that is non-existent in this case, the trheat emanates from the misuse of law from the likes of Mayawati. This woman is dangerous and probably cannot tolerate any kind of dissent. We have to be more careful of the misuse of draconian legislation. Under no circumstances, a person should be kept behind bars without a fair trial. Convicted criminals like Sanjay Dutt are frely moving around. What kind of times do we live in?

The news of the UP government imposing the NSA on Varun Gandhi is really unfortunate. This use of power is tantamount to being a whimsical act by the state government.

It is nothing but political vendetta to weaken the influence of BJP in the state. All those who value democratic principles should vehemently oppose the selective use of such power. Nowadays, all political parties are up against some or the other party to get their hold in state politics

VARUN POLITICS
by Khadir on Apr 01, 2009 02:10 PM  | Hide replies

90% time of Congress PRO and election campign occupy only varun and secularism.
Media spends 90% of the time on this issue only to give an image BJP is not having anything else.
When Advani and other leaders are silent they provoke and make them to make a statement and that statement goes on for ever.
Their silent is also proved by saying that he accepts varun poliitics.
In fact Congress is having nothing other than to talk on this subject and their paid servents the media spends their major time on this.
If at all there is turmoil it is only because of these acts otherwise Varun would have been a non entity.
This is a fit cast to invoke NSA against media and congress to spoil the indian peace.

You are right Khadir
Yesterday there was an interview of Narendra Modi in Times Now. There the anchor was referring to a statement made by Modi in one of his speeches which goes like this " Jo baagh mein khilte hain woh phool hain, Jo jungle mein khilte hain woh phool nahin hain kya?". Based on this, he (anchor) was repeatedly trying to impose his views that the statement was made against Rahul Gandhi inspite of Modi telling him that it was just a general comparison and targeted no one.

Invoke NSA for Kagodu Thimmappa a Congress leader in Karnataka in one of the election rallies in Sagar taluk of Shimoga district who has said "Cut the hands of those who say Hindutva" . It is not surprising that none of the Secular media covered this incident.

Who owns the media in India ?
by vinod bhat on Apr 01, 2009 02:09 PM  | Hide replies

VERY INTERESTING ARTICLE....

Who owns the media in India ?

Let us see the ownership of different media agencies.

NDTV: A very popular TV news media is funded by Gospels of Charity in
Spain Supports Communism. Recently it has developed a soft corner towards
Pakistan because Pakistan President has allowed only this channel to be aired in
Pakistan . Indian CEO Prannoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat, General
Secretary of the Communist party of India . His wife and Brinda Karat are
sisters.

India Today: which used to be the only national weekly which supported BJP
is now bought by NDTV!! Since then the tone has changed drastically
and turned into Hindu bashing.

CNN-IBN: This is 100 percent funded by Southern Baptist Church with its
branches in all over the world with HQ in US.. The Church annually
allocates $800 million for promotion of its channel. Its Indian head
is Rajdeep
Sardesai and his wife Sagarika Ghosh.

Times group list:

Times Of India, Mid-Day, Nav-Bharth Times, Femina, Filmfare,
Vijaya Karnataka, Times now (24- hour news channel) and many more...

Times Group is owned by Bennett & Coleman. 'World Christian Council does 80
percent of the Funding, and an Englishman and an Italian equally share
balance 20 percent. The Italian Robertio Mindo is a close relative of
Sonia Gandhi.
Star TV: It is run by an Australian, who is supported by St. Peters
Pontifical Church Melbourne.

Hindustan Times: Owned by Birla Group, but hands have

Hindustan Times: Owned by Birla Group, but hands have changed since
Shobana Bhartiya took over. Presently it is working in Collaboration
with Times Group.

The Hindu: English daily, started over 125 years has been recently
taken over by Joshua Society, Berne , Switzerland .. N. Ram's wife is
a Swiss national.

Indian Express: Divided into two groups. The Indian Express and the New Indian
Express (southern edition) ACTS Christian Ministries have major stake
in the Indian Express and latter is still with the Indian counterpart.

The Statesman: It is controlled by Communist Party of India.

Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle: Is owned by a Saudi Arabian Company
with its chief Editor M.J. Akbar.

Gujarat riots which took place in 2002 where Hindus were burnt alive,

Rajdeep Sardesai and Bharkha Dutt working for NDTV at that time got
around 5 Million Dollars from Saudi Arabia to cover only Muslim
victims, which they did very faithfully.. . Not a single Hindu family
was interviewed or shown on TV whose near and dear ones had been burnt
alive, it is reported.

Tarun Tejpal of < Tehelka.com regularly gets blank
cheques from Arab countries to target BJP and Hindus only, it is said.

The ownership explains the control of media in India by foreigners.
The result is obvious.

PONDER OVER THIS. NOW YOU KNOW WHY EVERY ONE IS AGAINST TRUTH, HOW VERY SAD..

Indian Politics

Despite globalisation our country is still backward in many areas. I don't know why we have so many bad leaders in India, most of whom are criminals. The public actually support these politicians. I don't understand why, every election, we never discuss how to solve the basic problems in India..It's always about same hindu vs muslim bull.hit.
More public awareness is needed to educate the public.

Caste Based and Community Based Justice System or Constitution is the Root Cause.

And the Resultant Pending Court Cases is the Cause.

Bring Uniform Civil Code with a Speedier Justice Delivery Process.

Yea, but overhauling the entire system is impossible. I feel public needs to be educated about the tactics of politicians. We need to stay away from leaders who divide the public. I mean I don't understand this whole north vs south thing. People in this country have the right to live and work anywhere they want. don't they?

Dude, you make valid points. But I'm talking about many problems we face in our country yet we choose leaders who do not address those problems. Politicians are really good at pandering the public in order to win votes. Maybe we have too much hate in our hearth. That's why we keep comitting these barbaric acts and electing criminals as leaders.

where is our obama in India? someone who really cares about the well being of the country and inspire the masses
