I agree with Balasaheb on one point that is NSA against Varun . It was totally unwaranted and has unnecessarily made varun a hero . I believe Maya govt in its haste to create impression of a stern rule of the law , no nonsense govt has bungled badly . As to the second contention "But a youth who is yet to grow a moustache is termed a threat to the country" that balasaheb is a bullshit .. do you mean to say that only people with moustache are a danger ? comon .. kasab i believe still has to spout moustache ... but is he any less of a danger ? But yeah overall Varuns punishment far exceeds the crime committed

In my village one person called munusamy (i think he is a bjp supporter) made a statement in a meeting attened by 5 people ,that if people appease one community then he will kill all people he will kill 15 crore people belonging to that community in one day.

The Congress & DMK say Munnusamy the communalist is a grave threar to India... Kalaingnar gives a speech & says, he will not tolerate speeches against Dravidian ethos ... Soon Lawyers come to Munnusaamy's cell to assault him (Previously they would have knocked out all the policemen cold & set fire to a portion of the police compound;Pls read LAWYERS = ROWDYS in TN). Poor Munnusamy raises a hand to fend himslf. The next day lawyers boycott courts in TN, as Munnusamy the Communalist allegedly assaulted a lawyer. The National News go gaga ... NDTV sends Barkha Dutt to cover the story, CNN-IBN sends Sagarika Ghose ... Poor Munnusamy is the rage in the elections .... All development/non-development works, scams,etc of the Govt. are completely forgotten as the Media which should be covering them instead cover poor Munnusamy ....
More than the threat to Hindus that is non-existent in this case,the trheat emanates from the misuse of law from the likes of Mayawati. This woman is dangerous and probably cannot tolerate any kind of dissent. We have to be more careful of the misuse of draconian legislation. Under no circumstances, a person should be kept behind bars without a fair trial. Convicted criminals like Sanjay Dutt are frely moving around. What kind of times do we live in?
