Why Indians are QUITTING only Hinduism and not other religions?
by New York on Apr 19, 2009 10:12 AM

Hinduism is a COVERT mask for Casteism which intrinsically seeds HATRED in your Children (e.g.VARUN GANDHI).

Hinduism's is a hierarchical (not groups) based irrational system of keeping one CASTE (Brahmins?) over everyone else.

In America there is no system in place today that forces people to remain separate or keeps one class subservient to another.
If you were born the son of a street sweeper, but excelled, you could become a doctor or lawyer or some celebrity or entrepreneur - and at the same time you would be fully accepted by your peers.

Not so in India. The caste system freezes everyone in place. It is extremely difficult - almost impossible - for someone from the lowest caste to rise in education and social status.

A Dalit would never be allowed to marry into one of the higher castes and would never be accepted as an equal.
And for a Dalit to make it into MEDICAL school or opening a RESTAURANT or become a PRIEST in a temple or become a member of high SOCIETY in India is very rare indeed.

Only by escaping from the grasp of Hinduism do they have much of a chance.
FINALLY you must only vote for candidates from your CASTE till 85% of all registered marriages in India are INTER-CASTE or INTER-FAITH.

Back him now
by sg sg on Apr 06, 2009 11:50 AM

I suggest that BJP back him now and talk to him on the speech later. Now what the BJP needs is to show unity and not this event give a chance to the congress to gain brownie points. BJP should not only defend him but go out all the way by even sending him to other areas to campaign. Beat the congress any how should be the mantra now, all gloves are off. Go for the jagular.

BJP, RSS and Nehru, the same
by Daniella on Apr 05, 2009 07:10 PM  | Hide replies

History teaches us a lot about the possibilities in our future. It has been happening years after years in this cursed country. Once upon a time 'Kalinga' was ruined and swayed away by bloodshed and immersed in a bloodiriver of human carcasses and entrails. All fabulous temples were demolished.

BJP manifestos:
'Non-north Indian' domination and eradication programme->
Forget about Ram, don't even think about building any such temple in future too.
Whole India to follow one norm and culture of UP, Bihar and Punjab.
Or continue bloodshed and somehow bring load shedding in those peaceful states and follow the British policies, as our Cha Cha Nehru did before, divide and
rule. If required, never hesitate to handshake with Talibanian or use Paki Punjabis goons to spread a havoc of crime and terror all over the country, as Nehru did.
Always keep the whole nation under threat of foreign invaders and actually look for a chance to invade in their bedrooms through backyards.
Always lick asses of Western and Arabian Tycoons in the disguise of an innocent face, then look for a chance to pack their everyholes
Each and every state of Indian and its inhabitants have to work under North Indian hooligans; all regional language, culture, tradition will have to be wiped out.
If ever someone tries to adop

If ever someone tries to adopt north Indian language and cultue, they will be humiliated and will not be granted any recognition in that backwarded society and
they have to spend a hellish life under their oppressive administration. Others should be prohibited from all sorts of opportunities be it in job, business or other
sectors in their own country. Always, a north-Indian should get first priority for job irrespective of their basic knowledge, education or intelligency level.
Business sectors should be totally dominated by north Indians and we have to uproot others at anycost. Do not allow non-north Indians to raise their heads.

We need Varun not Rahul
by modi on Apr 05, 2009 06:55 PM  | Hide replies

Varun has his views and expresses it without fear. He has craeted an image and is bound to become a star in few years. On the contrary, Rahul looks pale, uninspiring, tired and looks like a looser....

L'affaire Varun!
by Radhakrishna Iyer on Apr 04, 2009 04:54 AM  | Hide replies

There is so much of flip-flopping on the Varun issue that it leaves an ordinary Indian very mystified.

Varun is in jail for a hate speech. Varun denies that he made it. He says it was doctored. So factually he is jail awaiting justice to bring out whether or not he made the speech and is liable to be punished.

The BJP is up in arms supporting the speech he made. Where does it leave the BJP when he has denied that he ever made the speech and it was doctored. He claims that he is a secular son of India and meant some other aspect. So what then is the BJP out is support of?

Does the BJP support the speech he never made or?

Does the BJP support the speech he is said to have made - in which case legally he should be punished. It also means that BJP supports actions that are in contravention of Sec 153A of the Indian Penal code which in a nutshell is designed to punish offenders by 3 years jail who by their speech or by action promotes enemity and raises communal hatred between two different communities in India.

SO if the BJP see nothing wrong in the speech that he is on trial for then they are proving to be not acting under the constitution of India which they swear by. They can be disenfranchised by the Election Commission for not working under the constitution of India.

IF, as can be seen by the several voices in support - those from the BJP that created Mayhem and Chaos in Pilibhit that electing such a party to rule the country is DOOM FOR THE NATION.

There are two other issues, one is about ethics and other about integrity.

Jyoti Malhotra writes that "Varun Gandhi "lied" in his petition to the Allahabad high court" regarding education qualification.

Mamta Banerjee, in her innocent years was misled by the according of a honorary doctorate by a US university which turned out to be fake. It reflected her innocence and not blatant lying to law. Whereas here it is the matter of ethics.

Second in the manifesto Dr Joshi in a signed statement referred to colonial mindset of Lord Macaulay and here is this gentleman falsely tom-tomming aura of British education. This surely is not cultural nationalism.

Why no NSA on Mufti & Haji Yakub?
by ak on Apr 03, 2009 07:24 AM

Mufti Muhammad Sayid passed bill in Kashmir assembly to provide monetary benefits to families of those killed in encounter with security forces which was rejected by Governor of Kashmir.
Haji Yakub a minister in Mulayam's Ministry & now a MLA in BSP offered 3 Crore to a person who brings head of Swedish cartoonist alleged to have made cartoons of Muhammad.
Anyone dared to put these behind bars? Were they booked for attempt to murder & was NSA imposed on them?
Is this not a fit case to impose NSA?
Why such type of double standard?
