I think H.D. Devegowda was not elected from U.P.,
Neither was I.K. Gujral

All the political parties in india are self serving and only interested in non issues like mandir, sonia's foreign issue, cast, region etc., instead of real issues like employment, powerty, growing population, road, drinking water, housing, health etc.
