India should take up the initiative with all ICC members to refuse Pakistan any match in the WC. South Africa was banned for very long. India should use its diplomaticinfluence to ban Pakistan from WC.

Without India cricket can't survive, so questions of fine or ban on Indian cricket team, world cricket know this fact
ICC will not dare to ban India because major money in cricket is generated from India only and not from any other country. In fact India should protest that they will not play world cup at all if Pakistan will play and see the magic.
