Pandiya is right....whether you support his remarks or Not...Why reservation system based on the caste and religion...If you want to support anyone..then we may consider his family/parents Income instead of from which caste he is....He is absolute right and Democracy every one has the right to give opinion. I dont know, why they are dragging him into court , where as he has given his opinion.

--Even if there is a majority of Brahmans in Cabinet, it does not justify CaBaRet - Caste Based Reservation.
Let me explain how ridiculous CaBaRet is:
Imagine a murder or robbery committed by PersonA belonging to CasteA, on PersonB belonging to CasteB
Imagine the govt justifying that crime giving the excuse that some unspecified person from CasteB ALLEGEDLY committed some unspecified crime against some unspecified person from CasteA at some unspecified time in the distant past.
That is exactly what CaBaRet is.
Time for CaBaRet to go.
The longer it continues, the stronger will the caste-based divisions in society grow. People suffering from CaBaRet will develop caste-based hatred and develop caste-centric self-preservation. People enjoying CaBaRet will continue to encourage the concept of caste as it gives them freebies.

The only problem is that in India only upper caste people think that on everything it is there right. They want the minority people level should be what it was before the constitution . If it is like that they must go way back the history from where Aarya people came. Read read, then comment.

They are dragging him to court because to teach him what will happen if any one insults the Indian Constitution and Ambedkar. and. If he has right to give opinion they there is also Duty respect the Constitution as well as Drafters of the Constitution.

Rakesh gautam may be u r right but this happens only in remote villages not in a metro cities like mumbai,delhi,kolkata and all no one ask your caste in metro cities your abilities matters in such cities and upper caste students suffer more in such metro cities. I just want to give 1 example. sc/st student who got 50 % will get admission in no 1 college and upper cast student with 90% don't get admission in same college just because of he is from upper caste. I think this is unfair. thats why I support Financial condition base reservation than caste base

What is wrong in what he said . Truth is always bitter. Why Reservation is being extended when it was only for initial few years. People should be ashamed of begging for rewards. Do you think the upper caste people are not poor . Enough of minority and casteist appeasement. Give reservation fairly based on economic status.7e5
