I don't Feel that he is a Class Batsman like Sachin, Dravid, Sourav, Laxman or Sehwag - He Disappoints more often than scoring Big Regularly or Worse - He gets His Partners Run Out with Poor Running Judgment - Especially with Virat Kohli - He has Run Him Out many times.
If he scores 300 or 600 - Score it abroad, Please Not in India, as you won't be Recognized on Par with The Western World even if you Score 3,000 on a Flat Indian wicket.
Cricket fans are watching matches to see their team beating the opposition. A player Scoring first 300(or 400!!!!)is meaningless if team fails! When Sachin scored first 200 cricket pundits predicted no one will ever score another one.what happened and what is happening is we all knew(know)!! A coach must taught the player basics first-in this case , play like Sehwag-play t20 style in test(if rohith is capable!!!)

He is one of the hopeless cricketer. Remember stats and basic maths.. 4 Test innings 6 ODI 2 T20 = 12 inninngs and one score of 100s it is a stat to be proud of...?
dhoni has created a fantastic team from scratch in all formats of the game...the players he introduced, gave support confidence and groomed have developed into fantastic players...people say ganguly gave opener sehwag...dhoni has given openers vijay rohit dhawan rahul....when dhoni made rohit and dhawan openers in odis and gave them chances many people criticised him...i told many times that these two are india's best odi openers till date with only sachin ganguly pair coming close...rohit has averages 50 plus as an opener for the last 5-6 years...same for dhawan who has been a great odi opener and the first 3 batsmen rohit dhawan kohli have been giving great starts continuously for the last 4-5 years...so much so that next batsmen get very few chances to score big in the last few years....people criticize dhoni that he has not scored much in the last few years but what chances has he been getting for the last few years..by the time he comes to bat not much deliveries remain for him...sometimes he is sent even after rahane iyer pandey...in such cases it is foolish to expect big scores from him...whatever few chances he gets when early wickets fell he has rarely failed to score big...

People still think he is world class and not flat track bully..10 years of international cricket pl.chq out his performances outside India subcontinent..Real picture will emerge and you will change ur views
Indian cricket could not wait for his get going. First let him learn how to go to double digits. He is a burden to the Indian team where good players are sitting on bench on his behalf.
