If you remove Virat who will you make Captain? Dhawan, Rohit or Bhuvi? Dhoni is a spent force & Yuvi probably has played his last international.

Senseless
by susheel bhat on Jun 19, 2017 02:50 PM

Kholi is acting as he is playing for himself and not for the country. It looks so childish. India will keep losing big games as long as he remains the captain. he doesn't posses the leadership qualities becuase he doesn't have it in him. senseless person----

ok then go kill all the indian players for laughing. there is nothing more demoralizing to opposition than make them belief that their achievement is peanut for us, we dont care much. one can question about the defeat margin but it happens sometime.
well done team india, ignore irrationality and do well next time.

But the payment is not from our pockets. That is from the corporates who pay the TV channels , who in turn pay the BCCI. WHy grudge them that ?

Kohli smiles to hide his tears
by Abhimanyu Singh on Jun 19, 2017 02:16 PM  | Hide replies

India did not contest. It was abject surrender, with no will to fight.Pakistan have rightly consoled him for his disgrace. He was not admired. There is no point being on the record books, when in crucial matches you were no worth, and bring ignominy to the country. It would have been a game if India had gone down fighting. But in every aspect they were spanked.Kohli did not feel the pain, for he was smiling. But the nation was hurt, and it will take some time to bring back smile on our faces.

The most hurting fact was there was not a single moment in the match where we prevailed over the opposition. The only fightback building up was extinguished not by the opposition but by our own player at the other end. Teams lose, but this was most disgraceful. Fans cannot be expected but to be deeply resentful about this and give vent to their anger.

IT'S NOT THAT PAK MUST LOSE AGAINST US FOR LIFE LONG - -
by Shilpa Mehta on Jun 19, 2017 02:11 PM  | Hide replies

Since last 25 years ie since 1992 world cup Team India has beaten PAK in all ICC events , may be more humiliating then yesterdays loss .

This is first time that we lost . Team India is far better Team than PAK .
PAK team was not even sure that they will qualify for the CT before the event , like West Indies .

Yeh FAKHAR - AMIR , ek baar chal gaye - - chal gaye - -

If organised five match ODI series again on same ground with same team , PAK may lose FIVE - NIL .

Yesterday they played better than India hence won , its the part of the game .

We must back our our players , reaching finals of CT itself is not a small achievement , where strong teams like SA & AUS cannot even reach semis .

There is nothing to laugh; our fellows should hang heads in shame

There is nothing to laugh; our fellows should hang heads in shame. They could not score even 160.

Taking fielding first is the supidest thing he did. He made a laughing stock of the whole country.

Ganguly dropped World Cup 2003 after opting to field.

With the kind of form Pak was in , and in 2003 with the kind of strong Aussie line up, we would have lost whether batting or fielding first.
