Why is reservation the answer for making anything more representative of the population. Because it is the easy way out. Why not provide training and sports facilities to the unrepresentative communities so that they can compete on their strength of talent and not on some quota. So are you saying that they don't have the ability to compete in open quota - which is quiet demeaning. Give them the means to compete not privilege.
When the idiotic word RESERVATION, is haunting all sensible people connected with the POLITICS,ADMINISTRATION, JUDICIARY & CONSTITUTION, it is utterly rubbish to bring RESERVATION afresh, in other fields too. Bring TALENTS , not caste, creed, sects, RELIGIONS etc.
Reservation should be provided in all sports, private jobs and business, armed forces especially commando forces,religious posts etc. For example if a shopkeeper wishes to employ some one in his shop, he should follow reservation system.

& if they loose any match they can always polarise against the best in the team & say ours is a learning process for last 70 years only & power comes to us from Indian Constitution.fair chances for Lalu\'s son,he can claim captainy of the team
