AG is understandable as elected govt brings in their AG and they are expected to pets of govt. Other's are more of your speculation.

India's most literate city Delhi does not understand what is good for them & voted for an AAP govt & rejected BJP . Accept this, & also that it is the GoI which is not allowing the Delhi govt to function by encroaching on its powers.
