especially when legal folks get in without cricketing and business acumen, BCCI administration will be like AAP ruling Delhi.

India's most literate city Delhi does not understand what is good for them & voted for an AAP govt & rejected BJP . Accept this, & also that it is the GoI which is not allowing the Delhi govt to function by encroaching on its powers.

It is very evident from the AG's submission that BCCI is in fact controlled directly or indirectly by Govt and the politicians were enjoying and having a field day all along. It is most inappropriate for the Govt to make this submission before the SC.

Not just cricket but all sports govt plays shadow role and that's how it should be. Supreme court judges are also not fit for running sports body nor do they have required business acumen to compete with other cricket bodies to keep India's interest at high. Legal system should have just focused on fine tuning of the operation and effort to bring transparency within the current system without going for complete restructuring of the BCCI.
