This man Thakur looks like a joker in that position........Why do not we have people like Bhishen Singh Bedi, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, Kirmani, Vengsarkr, and the likes as BCCI chairman?? It is time Lodha Panel got rid of these kid like BCCI president and brought life to the BCCI.

Any organization that needs to be lead by someone, has to have that kind of skills and experience. Most of the ex-cricketers don't have those skills. Thakur may look like a joker but he is better than having a cricketer running BCCI which will become international joke!

This is too much interference by SC . The new selection panel formed as per the recommendations of Lodha Committee is a ridiculus one .If this , no cricketer would join the board because of Conflict of Interest . If all cricketers are to become commentators , it will not be good for holistic health of Indian cricket .

Not this alone. In many areas these self appointed SC judges define themselves above all and constitution.
