Sorry to say the honorable court are unnecessary overstep in sports matter. The court don't have administrative power at all. Can control ICC by our honorable court. what will happen if ICC cancelling BCCI membership as state interfering in sports? As BCCI a private body than how can interfere by state or court in their internal matter of BCCI? Can honorable Justice Lodha understand cricket? If any cricket player are complaining on BCCI administrative matter at any court? If leading cricket player not willing to play under honorable Justice Lodha system then who will responsible? Is court try to finish cricket in India? are BCCI ever misuse public or govt fund? if somebody not satisfy with BCCI than why he/they will not form another cricket body? BCCI is a business in India. if somebody not interested to BCCI then please not follow any cricket activity under BCCI. like can we interfere in reliance business, TATA business as well as other business. But we can complain other govt funding sports or govt department. Because they are all using public money. I hope people should understand the fact. Don't forget that cricket are popular in India for only BCCI policy.

Truly a ransom bargaining act of a bunch of nervous individuals "in totto" before they are ordered out of their chairs of power.But,if even one of these so called cricket administrators even had a semblence of love for the game which made them like today then words like cancel,standstill etc., will not come from them.The very fact that they fear having to miss out of Champions Trophy because of IPL betrays their so called LUV for .......
What do the people at the helm of BCCI think. Tey are above the law of the land. Because they are sitting on the top of a money making Organisation, they are above the law an that they can flout the Supreme Court. Remoe the entire lot and bring in people who adhere to and respect the Highest Court.
What a great decision. In the same tone BCCI should suspend all further cricketing activities in this country and abroad. BCCI should also decide to wind-up and also shut down all the state cricket boards. The Cricket stadia across the country shall be taken over by the respective state governments and made available to Public use or to other sports.
Finally we now we have an opportunity to get rid of this menace and utilise all the illegal money of BCCI for other sports .
Well, there are sycophants in the BCCI like any other organisation, but lets give it to them, they have built the Indian cricketing empire over the last 30 years. None of us, or judges aided that. Is this sports body getting over attention just because it is financially successful. Why don't we see such strong action against several other sports bodies that have done much worse than BCCI. Judicial Activism in this case has gone much beyond the scourge of 'match fixing'. Do we need to draw a line?

Once an order to freeze an existing bank account is from a court, neither you can operate nor open a new account with another bank as the committee has to convene a meeting to decide this which is illegal as the existing committee is itself constituted illegally. Any further action by bcci will further worsen their left out credibility. The best way to save their face inform the Loda committee their committed finance requirement for the current cricket series and get it released by the bank. BCCI is haven of black money with grace from Jaitely, FM. Balan
