what are you trying to prove? people have so much time to shower praises for 4 years and get fooled by your team in world cup, what hurt was team was totally different then what we saw in world-cup league stage, they even have lost to bangladesh thanks to some miracles that did not happened- marketing and money is the only mantra for you all and nothing else.

Past is past if somebody plays good cricket they are appreciated.But if anybody play so badly in serious game like w/c then people will definetly comment.
Ravi Shastri himself was as big bore in the team. People use to go on break when he came into batting.
He said India will win the world cup. The fact that India played all weak opposition except for south Africa in group stages.
Had they played Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka or even England whom India feared they would have got the taste but unfortunately India was placed in weakest group and played Bangladesh in Q final.
Shastri Mr. bore remember one member of BCCI gave warning to kohli to spend less time with Anushka in shopping, roaming and staying with him in hotel before marriage citing reason they will marry soon.

team director role is to spend time in australian pub. and enjoy drinks. and in high talk grandly about indian team and non performing players.

He himself ran after amrita singh. as far kohli is concerned he flopped in 5 wc knockout innings starting with QF in wc 2011. in next wc 2019, its safe to drop him before knockouts.
What Shastri is talking is utter nonsense. He thinks it is only cricketers like him who understand cricket. Even though people don't play cricket they follow it well and read it and the players well. Don't fool people
