Psychologically India has won but actually Pakistan is winning on this pitch India scored 40 runs less than target to win match.
MODI IS MANHOOS YES INDIA WON IN 1983 WHEN INDIRA WAS PM AGAIN INDIA WON T20 IN 2007 WHEN MMS WAS PM AND YES INDIA WON WORLD CUP IN 2011 WHEN MMS WAS PM NOW MANHOOS MODI IS PM
I am sure India will lift this world Cup. It is true that the recent performance was poor but it is game. All have the potential but they are not utilizing it properly and so is the problem. Bowlers need to be consistent and at the same time should be under control. Dhoni must rotate them. Batting is not a concern as far as the openers show sincerity. 100 crore peoples prayers are there then why not they succeed? India lifts the world Cup-2015
No fast bowler in 120 crores of Indians? Even Bangladesh has good and effective bowlers than India; similarly SL, PAK, Afganistan, etc. Why not India???

. Wrong, we have fast bowler who can bowls 150kmh but we don't have good bowling coach and facility to make them effective/lithal .
(contd.)Bowling all over the place unable to bowl in the right areas the result is the ‘start’ and finish--the death overs where India has been losing all the matches! While pacers of other good sides like Aus, Eng etc. seem to start with wicket taking deliveries Indians like Umesh Yadav, Shami invariably start with looseners, tempted easier short deliveries given the bouncy conditions making the entire bowling go for a six right from start and making things all the more difficult for the spinners in the middle overs! That is why perhaps now Dhoni seems to be changing from his original 3 pacers preference opting for the basic 2 pacers-2 spinners combo with option for 3rd pacer AR or an extra batsman and in rare case for the 3rd pacer. Coming to spin ,given that conditions are not conducive to spin Ashwin adopts defensive middle-leg stump line negative bowling ! He should rather bowl the outside off-stump line and try to get wickets using deep catching positions in the large Aus grounds. During his over the wicket run up his body momentum must impart a pulling effect against the direction of spin to make the trajectory of the ball after pitching more unpredictable as he bowls during round the wicket bowling which is seen to be more effective. In regard to batting Virat kohli and Dhoni himself are yet to come up with a good score yet not to talk of struggling Dhawan! Hope the long drawn out WC schedule will allow things to start falling in its place for India
When India started their Aus tour nearly 3 months ago they had every reason to be optimistic of defending the WC title with the benefit of acclimatization during the long drawn tour period to WC.India do have a young promising batting line up and for once they could boast of a pace attack with consistent 130-140 speed never any Indian side had earlier which were expected to be very effective in Australian bouncy conditions! But the reality struck sooner than later the way the Indian batsmen failed to adapt to the bouncy wickets and the Indian pace attack suffered injuries unable to cope with the conditions to come up with a consistent bowling attack. Although in Tests they did manage to score some runs and salvage some pride losing the series 2-0 thanks to flop show by bowlers but there was hope for India to bounce back in one dayers considered their strength and led by one of the best one day captains, Dhoni !But it was not to be with India losing all the matches in tri-series mostly with big margins and just managing to register their first win against minnows Afghanistan ! With this morale boosting win coming ahead of the all important WC opener against Pakistan it remains to be seen if India given their potential could leverage the long winded WC format to its advantage and make a serious bid to defend the trophy ?Dhoni’s biggest worry is his pace bowling attack facing injury problems who seem to lack ‘control’ over line and length.
