Not dropped down the order

He should be dropped from the team not down the order. He has been given enough chances hoping he will strike form this match or the next or the next. Drop him he will stop all those ads and concentrate on cricket. No one in the team should take his place for granted.

Why does the team management persists with the moron, I wonder! Is the same allowance (to fail for this long a period) given to others as well? Why are they so biased? If he has an obligation to promote the product he endorsed, let him do so carrying them in a bi-cycle and selling them shouting like any vendor. We do not need a hi-fi vendor robbing another good aspiring player his much deserved place in the team. Even commentators are instructed to go `light' on his failures. Such is the high handedness of the vested interests in Indian cricket and BCCI. It's high time sports ministry takes charge and a complete overhaul and inquiry is initiated in the affairs and running of BCCI.

footwork

Kohli as an aggressive hitter is more sucessful than as a docile blocker. He knows that.
his legs does not move these days. He is capable of terrific footwork. He ca see his replays with failed innings and successful innings.he is a match winner.Gavaskars suggestion will bring confidence for Kohli.

we have seen enough of his terrific footwork this year and it's more than enough! Just drop that moron and bring in Vijay for opening and let Rahane be moved to one down.

Where are your coaches and senior players?. Nobody advised you about your technical defect?. You are not a born technician but you are a good trained technician. Otherwise you could have easily avert the defect by improvising. You are always holding a tilted bat. My suggestion is to change your stance like how Mr. Keppler Vessels stands. Always facing the bat towards the bowler.

Not two...........it is actually 3...but the temperament matters. For that matter none other than Ajinka, was even able to face. Come out of the regional bias friends.

You missed the point. The condition in AUS is similar to ENG.

Mind you he is the highest run-getter in the series, when others (the Kohli's & the pujara's) struggled literally. Nobody wants to credit Murali Vijay for this. Had it been anybody else, they will be in himalayas now.

Look at the way, people are after Samson, Akshar, Kuldeep, Vohra etc. who have not even proved this ability at the international level. Just going by their performance in flat Indian pitches.

Especially, I saw a comment that Samson is a must in all three formats. He has proved his mettle in Indian conditions in IPL. agreed. Not even in Ranji Trophy matches, how people believe he is good enough for test cricket.

Selection procedure
by SWAMYJ on Oct 10, 2014 04:24 PM

Our selection procedure is wrong. They are not bothered about current form, they only see past records and give chance and secondly our great captain , he will not allow those cricketers whom he does not like e.g Robin Uthapa etc who are not from CSK team.
