He has been rebuked by the Supreme Court time and again and still he has no qualms to approach different Benches of the Supreme Court "just to allow him to be the BCCI President". He is after money and power. He is afraid that whatever malpractices he has done during his tenure will be unravelled and probably punished.
This fellow should have been arrested long back. Courts have been too lenient with him. I cannot understand the legal part of it. One thing is for sure he is guilty of malpractice. Court should take action on thier own.
