SC is doing a good job but it should refrain from doing something, like suggesting a name for the BCCI President, which is prerogative of BCCI. Such things will undermine public confidence on SC.

Mr Chowdhury,I understand what you are trying to say. But corruption & Nepotism in Indian Sports bodies has sunk to such a depth that Supreme has no choice but to go this far.
Despite being a CSK fan I fully agree that CSK & RR need to thrown out of the IPL due to thier owners involvement in betting. As far as Gavaskar goes he is not an ideal choice as he has been a stanch supporter of srinivasan. Would prefer somebody like deepak parekh who took over satyam during a similar time.
I wonder if Gavaskar is the right option, He has maintained silence throughout on this topic & Ravi shastri has come out in support of srinivasan, I suppose we need somebody like beshin singh bedi who can act fearlessly without favouring any of these culprits
SC can't take a decision like this! CSK & RR are 2 teams that have the max supporters in India, SC under Mudgal will definetly spoil Indian Cricket & will receive criticism from public he will pay the price for this.

u r right rock, but our foolish indians takes time to understand it. Basically most of indians are affected by corruption, price rise so someone names comes into these categories they just want to dump him without a complete investigation. A person can be guilty unless he is proved in court of law.
This is a logical question. It is role of executive not judiciary. Also opposition lawyer cannot throw barb publicly on people who are not proven guilty.
