SUPREME ORDERS
by gautam bhattacharyya on Mar 27, 2014 04:36 PM  | Hide replies

A very appreciated judgement by the Supreme authority. After Sahara episode this is another good judgement. These so called business class has have diluted the society . Let us clean the play... who ever is involved must be brought to the books. We expect that Mr. Gavaskar is the right choice.
Rajasthan Royals & CSK be suspended with immediate effect.

Right verdict

SC did the right thing by asking Srini to Step down and suggested a name of a former cricketer. Majority of BCCI is occupied by politicians cutting across party lines like Pawar, Shukla, Jaitley etc. BCCI should be scrapped completely and former cricketers between the ages of 40-60 should take over the board irrespective of State/Lang/Caste etc

Good job Supreme Court. We want a sportsperson likes of Gavaskar, Sandip Patil, Bedi, etc., to head the BCCI for it to be really apolitical. The court should also ban from nonspersons from holding a position in sports bodies.

IPL Scam

Every Indian other than some of BCCI top officials (Benefitted by Srinivason’s dishonesty) is happy with SC’s verdict. But we do not understand Why SC has not banned Srini lifelong?
We hope Indian politicians post their view on it.

The fact the father will influence the probe is the issue. Since we don't know the content of the report...it is possible even father is the culprit. He owns India Cements and SC wants anyone associated with India Cement including CSK to be barred from BCCI.

This is been investigated by a Agency like Mughal or anything else. where come father-in-law influence and Meyiappan has accepted the mistake he committed and the verdict has to be on Meyiappan not to his relatives.

Nilesh first get your basics right before coming to forum

1. As per rules of IPL any member of franchise ownership group does wrong doing Franchise should be canelled (CSK) why did this not happen so far?
2. Srini in office with his influence have given clean chit to his SON-in-LAW while police are still invenstigating
3. First you can not be part of BCCI and own a franchise this is clearly violated and this stand best example of how srini at help can manipulate things.............list goes on

i agree i don't know the Basics, but i like to clarify
1) In Documents who is owner of CSK, wheather owner is directly involved. if So i agree u r points
2) Do u have any knowledge that srini has influenced son-in-law for a Clean Chit, if so please produce.
3) Why SC didn't interfere during the start of IPL and say to srini u cannot hold dual position (BCCI & CSK) why everything has to come now.
