Srinivas
How ironical !
by Srinivas on Dec 22, 2014 01:38 PM

Srinivasan keeps filing review and re-review petitions with the Supreme Court to allow him to function as the BCCI chief. However, he will not allow the cricket team the same privilege. Carry on Srinivasan, with your convoluted logic and keep hurting the Indian team's chances.

BCCI is not going to accept for reasons known to them. If this system has been adopted by INDIA, maybe it would have been 1-1 in this series. When other cricket playing nations are accepting DRS, what is the problem with BCCI and MS. Is DRS in WORLD CUP?

BCCI rejects DRS. Who in BCCI took the decision ? was there any commercial decision in not accepting DRS ?

interesting take on DRS. my simple question, why such umpiring decision howlers are stacked against indian batsmen and not the australians? its the same umpire and if he is error prone then law of averages would catch up with australian batsmen as well. So lets think and analyse whether the errors are unenforced or biased......nothing against the DRS though but by talking about DRS lets not take away the main issue of umpiring errors

if review system "decision1" is basing upon 4th umpire.if 4th umpire telling not out.after that umpire telling out. inthis situation what happen. it is problematic. Hence both umpire convincing upon .taking decision before .think which is correct.
both them taking ,better understanding. after that final decsion. this decision must links with 4th umpire. like example runout, stamping,l.b,difficult catch, like this. if umpire support anybody. This umpire getting punished. by several match. or resigned for this job.
bcoz in this type happens. many player with all public feelings very bad.it is un honesty . For all of them.

Firstly they were not howlers. Secondly if I close my eyes too I can pretend there was no wrong decision against India.

DRS System

Its foolish to not to take DRS system particularly id Australia where Umpires have special soft corner for Australian team ,First test we lost by under 50 Runs and our 02 specialist batsman Dhawan and Rahane were not out by miles but umpire raised finger before appeal. in 2nd test 1st inning again Pujara was not out by miles and may be some more ,i did not watch whole match ,in 2008 sydney the match was snatched from us by poor umpiring ! What is the funda behind not considering DRS when the game has been so competitive and lots of pressure on Umpires ! Must take DRS or be ready loose 4-0 to Australia ,Feel surprise why our Media is silent both on not considering DRS and poor umpiring against India in particular !

Why is it that we feel that most of the umpiring decisions go against us? The experts say that many decisions in Brisbane went against us! How many ten fifteen or all twenty?

BCCI has lot of Ego which is hurting the team. No system is 100% foolproof...but even 90% is good enough then not having at all.
