Devendra Thakur
Incompetent Test Captain
by Devendra Thakur on Dec 23, 2014 10:06 AM

He is scared of DRS.. He knows if he opts for DRS, he will lose a couple of decisions what is getting because of wrong umpiring. Or simply he is adamant and does not want to move on. He wont opt for it even it India loses by 10-0

Un sporting captain cool
by Radhakrishnan Vokkarane on Dec 21, 2014 10:13 AM

We have this habit to blame for our own poor performances and capt. cool is no different. It does not reflect the right attitude and shows the arrogance of BCCI power in World cricket.

Where are the Chappell haters?

When Ian Chappell said India would lose 4-0 all the great wise men of rediff reacted angrily. Who's laughing now?

Only 2 matches are up. The losses were not massive, more a story of missed opportunities. Lets wait and watch...

Dhoni, wake up !!

DRS would not have helped in this series ? Are you serious, MSD ? Some of the decisions which went against India were not 50 - 50 marginal LBW calls, they were catches which were shown to be wrong through just basic action replays. Even if DRS is not 100% accurate (remember that no technology in any sphere of life is perfect, it keeps on getting improved), as long as it removes the obvious howlers, it will make us fans feel that the game and result were fair. Dhoni & BCCI - swallow your pride, accept DRS and move forward.

He will never wake up. He knows that with Srini at the helm, he will remain captain even if India losses 4-0, 10-0 or 40-0. He is in the business of money and fame and from those yardsticks, he is doing really well.

What is more, he is able to keep TRUE statemate (not adopted state) Varun Aron in the team who bowls "super-fast" but gives 7.5 runs per over and hardly takes any wicket.

If you want to know, Ajit Wadekar (inspite of being a Mumbaikar) lost his captaincy after a 2-1 series defet.

Live with faulty DRS, or stop complaining about faulty umpiring

Impact of bad umpiring

If only India had another 80-100 runs on Board, the result would have been different. These runs would not have been difficult to get if Dhawan, Pujara, Ashwin and Dhoni had not been given out wrongly. Whay are we blind to this?

Diverting the atention
by Deepak budhwani on Dec 20, 2014 09:12 PM  | Hide replies

Dhoni is trying to divert the public attention. But reality is that India did not played better than Australia. Indian bowlers in first inning not able to take wickets. Autralian bowlers bowled better and even Aussi bowlers batted briliantly.
