no conflict of Interest at all in CSK Only these are made by Lalit & Pawar groups since they want their hands in BCCI. Even SC Judges are bought only these guys are having conflict of Interest

It only north south differences.

Some friends in Rediff know more than SC judges on conflict of interest and bias. Maybe they can replace Kapil Sibal..

NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN DHONI'S CASE.NEED NOT RESIGN
by damodaran mohan on Dec 01, 2014 05:38 PM

About Dhoni I think Srini is right. Dhoni as VP in India cement is only an employee and he can always play for CSK owned by India cement. There is no conflict of interest as all over the world including in India this practice is prevalent. Air India, Indian Airlines, Railways, Services …and host of other organizations have their teams represented by and playing for by their employees. Here in this case of CSK and India cement possibly Dhoni is getting dragged because of Srinivasan Otherwise Dhoni’s case is clear. There is no conflict of interest. He need not resign.

Sirji, I remember Cementvasan headed a committee on anti corruption and cleared his name from that.. Maybe his slaves (our friends here) here can "correct" this "allegation" :)

No conflict of interest

As employee of India cements and as captain of CSK, Dhoni interests are same, that is to make CSK win. Its a win win situation for CSK and India cements. THere is no conflict of interest. Conflict is only if he is a captain of a rival team. For ex, if he were a caption of mumbai while employed in india cements, or if he were an employee of reliance but playing for CSK. I am surprised by the view point of judges on this apparently simple logic.
