Mr. Fletcher should not be with Indian Cricket Team from immediate effect. BCCI should appoint Mr. Stephen Fleming as head coach since the world cup is Australia & New Zeland. Support staff should be from India. Also BCCI has to appoint separate coach for domestic cricket. His job should be search young cricketers from all over India & to prepare them for International Cricket.
Dhoni lacks creativity and fails to motivate the team. he expects things to happen on its own and rarely guides the bowlers. Gambir is very clever captain and he proved by winning IPL with average players. He should be given chance irrespective of his form.
Its difficult to imagine that Fletcher would ever be sacked! He was handpicked by Srini and we all know that Srini likes to pick those who can obey him. Whether they serve the game or not is not important! Srini has his own agenda. Alo, if you take into equation that sports betting in UK is legal and many would have bet in favor of India and lost later, a lot of things will start making sense.
We behave in a bizarre fashion when things do not go our way.A coach can not make a indiscipline,ego centric,pampered team a world class.Some time back other teams were going down hill hence it appeared that India cricket team is the best last century.They win these chance games of 20--20 and 50--50 but test cricket is no chance game hence the true caliber of players were exposed.Shastri will totally spoil the team.
For the betterment of the Indian Cricket IPL should be banned as all our young skills get exposed to foreigners and they are gaining experience of playing in India and getting use-to our conditions. Also, players must focus on Test Cricket as well because earlier we use to atleast draw the Test but now we can't even play for 3 days also and surrender like a weak team of 9th or 10th position. The one test played between Zimbabwe and South Africa, Zimbabwe denied Innnings victory against the Test Table Toppers of the Ranking, but are worst even than Zimbabwe Team.
Flecther should be kicked off as if he continuous as a coach then we would lose the upcoming series against the aussies. also, when we have so many experienced and skillful indian former cricketers who can guide the team then what's the need of having foreign coaches for fielding,bowling and batting. Due to politics Venketesh Prasad and Robin Singh were sacked from the job and foreign coaches were appointed.
Whenever our team plays in England, Australia or South Africa, the same thing happens and we all say that someone needs to be axed. All the players now are far superior to Duncan Fletcher or Ravi Sastri. Only the experienced can pass some knowledge (if they have) and nothing else. The players and coaches enjoy comfortable life styles and accommodations in the best hotels. The amount earned is also huge. In a country where everyone plays cricket, how com Stuart Binny finds a place? Can we drop Virat after two tests? Dhoni is the best captain as always. The team selectors should also be questioned. If India Vs NZL in India, we all will forget this and say Virat is the best batsmen in the world. The BCCI knows all this.

Well Said, Agree...if Dhoni can play in the team, even Srishanth has the same chances to play. But Dhoni got a special talent, he can fix the games !!!!!

No my frnd u r wrong Dhoni played his part others failed to perform. But I agree that senior players should not have been removed from the team. Dhoni is a very Stubborn person who sticks to his decision no matter how's the player is performing.
