In music there are mainly three types 1)classical 2)Melody 3)Rock similarly in Cricket 1) Test cricket 2) one day 3) T 20. Present India team know very well in 2 & 3 respectively as per record in of trophy win. it is only cause there is no trophy concern for test.It is not indian team player guilty it's responsibility by our team management or cricket board. Pl go the depth and find out of each player's skill before entry in Indian test team.We select by name and performance in 2 & 3 , it is go for player's skill who play all 1,2 & 3 very well.

Comments after having personaly seen the 3rd. days play at OVAL
by Noutam Mehta on Aug 19, 2014 12:05 AM

Luckly/fortunately because I happened to be in London during this 5th test match of OVAL I guess I'm fortunate enough to see actual performance of our Indian Team It was very much disturbing/painful to see that though the climatic condition were quite Okay Our players/first 5 batsman just were not able to stand/afraid to stand and play for fast/pace attack of Anderson specially Broad Where as when England was batting that time our opening pace bowlers Ishant and Aaron were looking very tired because from begining England had started their days play with full of confidence and all even tail endears were attacking Ishant and Aaron as If it is a T20 match After seeing this match It has become very difficult for me to believe that Whether our BCCI was serious enough while finalising England's tour to produce win for India? because in such case I guess BCCI must have definitely concentrated more on developing suitable first 5-6 Batsman who can face their pace attack and pace bowlers of their standard I guess It is very difficult even to believe that unless our players are provided necessary training/ practice on their soil I guess It is a high time for BCCI to take a lesson from this test and take necessary action If atall they are really Interested India to be in Test Cricket because I guess changing of any no. of Coaches,Captains and players will not be a solution for this problem

Indians are over-paifd under-achievers
by Varadarajan Ravindran on Aug 18, 2014 11:23 PM

Indian cricketers are over-paid under-achievers. They are the highest paid cricketers in the word who perform at extremely low levels. The plague started with Tendulkar and Dravid who were not comparable to Lara, Jayawardane, Sangakarra and Kallis, leave alone Petersen, Michael Clarke, Younis Khan and others. The Indian leadership from Indra Gandhi to Rajiv and Rahul Gandhi are also under-qualified low achievers in their areas. Indian industrialists, bank officials (nationalized banks) and scientists have been high achievers with low pay. Narendra Modi must bring in more accountability for pooer performance.

sir,
Dravid, Sidhu and Sachin are odd men out in this list. You can include Gavaskar, Sastri and booze master Srikant instead.

This Loss of Series is slap on BCCI's face , for the first time Cricketers did what should have been done many years back ,Jadeja and Anderson Incidence crated this loss, BCCI should have abandoned the tour then and there , why play if players are disrespected, good thing is Players showed Unity for the first time showed BCCI that there is still more to come , Players of Indian Subcontinent has never been treated good, so does ICC. Shame on BCCI , well done players, you all did the right thing just showed the board how it can be done .

what was Gavaskar doing sitting there ? Dreaming about the Bank Balance? First , give them the retirement from any activity in the Indian cricket including the role of the commentators. Give chance to youngsters.

why cricket is weird
by attacker on Aug 18, 2014 10:23 PM  | Hide replies

in cricket, only one person i.e. batsman plays and rest all just wait for their turn to play. no one enjoys fielding and almost half the team sitting idle in pavilion. thats why people fight for batting.

gentle man game. gentle means soft. sports and gentle are contradictory. cricket is better call a sluggish sports.. sports has nothing to do with gentleness.. we have already seen match fixing, spot fixing, and corruption in cricket.

cricket is not even qualified for olympics.. it is mostly played by weak sporting nations like india, pakistan, sri-lanka, bangladesh.. if india stops playing cricket, it will die it's natural death.. still, we expect Maria Sharapova to recognize sachin.. hypocracy!

not a perfect team sports. when 9 out of 11 players are sitting in pavilion then how it is a team sports? there is too little team activity in cricket as compared to power sports like football

uck factor is too high in cricket.. thats why we lose after wasting so much time and money in cricket.. and english win even though they are crazy abt football.. and then indians waste time in analysing the reason for lose.. but, the real reason is luck

most funny thing in cricket is when someone ask who is playing? in other sports, everyone is playing.. in cricket, only batsman is playing.

batsman the only person playing is given too many privileges. first, the wicket is too small.. just compare it with the goal of football.. then got free runs such as wide, no ball for doing thing.. and if ball goes outside the boundary without even touching the bat then get free 4 or 6 runs.. a typical lazy people game
