And a new Test captain. Anil Kumble, Robin Singh or Akash Chopra will make good managers. Robin Singh is my fav because he had no talent but loads of grit and determination.
First of all IPL and 20-20 should be stopped.The outside coaches,and staff should be removed.Gavaskar-kapil dev and yashpal sharma should be B,B,f coaches.beside that if top players are not played in two test matches,they should be replaced by another one.naman ojha,and Ishwar pandey should have come in the team.the way they play with cross bat and not going forward and backward to face the ball,makes them get out,outside the off stump is a another problem,plus they play without moving the feet.LBWs.They are fit to play only in indian soil.Dhoni should come as opener atleast he can score a century.he is a fine cricketer,but not smart enough for test cricket as a captain.but it is not his fault too.if there are no runs on the board what bowlers and captain can do!!!all blame should be on first 4 so called top batsmen.we have to rotate the players like England and Australia.even broad after injury came back and scored 35 plus runs.being a bolwer he was going back foot and front foot to take indian bowlers.most of English players were doing it.Batting has to be in that fashion.u can not play the ball by not moving ur feet.In gally cricket it is fine.but never think that ur enemy-opposite team is weaker.i think indian players should play only in T 20.IPl and 50 overs where there is time limit of 3 hours and so and just needs to score runs in any way.cross bat,outside the off stump ball anything.It is very diffcult to indian team to defend their worldcup titleoutside of india
Last time we lost we had stalwarts - and failure we forced some players out .Think of the names Dravid (the best performer) ,Laxman ,Shewag ,Gambhir , Sachin (BR) etc etc . For almost all the time we fed our players in dud pitches and when in aline conditions they are useless . Add tothis IPL which is played with no slips most of the time and one sayers similar with no slips except in the initial stages now in test we have slips most of the time .Plain truth we made it a business and changed all rules to make it batsmen friendly still we made a mess of it .
even not able to play 30 over,shammeful....look at england tail enders, they carried 50 percent of match and our all IPL super,megastar not able to play even 10-15 overs between them..either they need seperate Ranji tested pure class ppl of test natches or bring back Viru,Sachin,Rahul,Laxman.....Painful to watch Kohli playing cross bat shot even at his worst form...after 9 failure still he doing same mistake is horrible. As Gavaskar said watch Sachin video when he failed 3 times in Aussui ,then he never played outside offstunmp in next full test match and scored 241 notout..We had great players from new players can learn. But this all Dhoni gang just love IPL,T-20 and ODI where instant money guarennted. even now they must be partying and Kohli should have gone with Annushka to enjoy.

Gambhir no, this was his career's last test match. Kohli, may be yes... cause you wont face anything worst than this..right?
