This guy looks like an innocent puppy. But is a shameless guy:
1. he has bought the silence of all ex-cricketers by paying them a monthly pension.
2. As BCCI president, he has compromised every written rule of law.
3. He owned an IPL team and gave it to his son-in-law. That guy started to illegally bet on his own team and match fixing. Now this clingon says he doesn't know his son-in-law.
4. This clingon appointed a sham committe that declared his son-in-law as innocent. The courts declared this null and void.
5. Despite all this, this clingon thinks he owns BCCI and no one can ever take it from him. Shameless person.
Supreme court threw him out.
If you have a chair anywhere, dont show it to this guy. He will take it and never leave it.

It's amazing the way Srinivas is clinging to his position. But today it's getting difficult with courts , like the Sahara n Bcci facing. But with no law on betting, and fixing of match is another cup of tea, I can only see the exchequer by way of the courts spending a lot of wasted time n money! Which certainly could hv been used else where?

This is about governance in sports in india and stopping massive leak of indian monies to bad elements that harm india.
Your reasoning that this is about money shows you have no clue about sports. And betting is plain illegal in india. You say no law. We have heard of a martian named Parthasarathy. That may be you?
One should note that anyone desperately trying to cling on means there is something real to hide - Srini clung on..desperate... so is the pattern in the coal case ... some one big is in the net... either Rahul, Pranab or Rahul... else no one would be so desperate.
No one question - it is different story when it comes to politicians ,who just do not bother about SC . BCCI probing will be a futile exercise - it is good in novels to say set a thief to catch a thief in real life it will not happen

I stop buying news papers other than the ones for which I have paid already as subscription .Now I know I should not buy on subscription because the whole paper is with trash of IPL and every media - what a disgraceful nation we have become
