It is all about ‘Mukaddar Ka Sikandar’. Dhoni never played well in all ICC tournaments, captaincy was not good. But every time one or two players performed so or due to opponents blunder that he had the last smile, due to only for his great luck. But his gambling about player selection, batting order, bowling change and field placing could not allow him to have a last laugh in 2014 T20 final. 1. Choice of Mohit was failure in SF but he still choose Mohit in place of Shami, may be he remember Jogindar Sharma of 2007 final, but his gambling did not work. 2. It was known to Dhoni that pitch was spin friendly, so he could start with spin at one side. 3. To defend 130 run field placing should be more attacking, placing a 2 nd slip, as he was keeping nearer to stumps for pace bowling also. After two snick and catches passed through slip he brought a slip fielder. 4. Everybody knows that Yuvi is a slow starter, run rate was down, he could brought Rayna and himself before Yuvi but he did not. There was no game plan by Indian team management as done by SRL and executed very well in bowling strategy player wise and field planning. It has been always said that he is ‘Captain cool’. Actually he remains cool because he is a fool and does not know in what situation what to do, what is to instruct to bowlers and fielders, what will be the game plan and strategy, what should be the final 11, what should be the order, field placing. Loosing the final pathetically

pathetically he proved these once again and also proved that every day gamble may not work. 2007 T20 tournament he performed nothing but lifted the cup, 2011 WC he did nothing except muddy fishing in final and lift the cup but this time skeleton opened.

India never play attacking cricket in the final. I remember when sachin, Ganguly, Sehwag were opening the batting (in ODI) they used to attack the bowlers from Over 1. And as a result the runrate and the ballers get defensive. Now a days, Indian batsmen starts the inninngs very slowly and as aresult the ballers gain the advantage. Indian batting is never tested until in finals. Even Virat was slow to start. I think these indian batsmen were played for themselves rather than playing for India. I am happy with the balling effort as how can any ballers defend 130.
In a worthless IPL match if a Jr.Player play like Mr Youvaraj they suspect him for match fixing and trouble him with all sort of doubts.At that time Dhoni will not say that it will happen to any player and the player is off colour on that particular day.I am not doubting any body in the team but they way in which Mr.Dhoni is supporting UV is bad.If it is only left hand right hand combination is required he could have sent in Raina who will never waste a ball.
for the first in the history of indian cricket a friendship difited team india.. somany people in this forum sed that ms d likes only csk players only. but ms d likes only one player that is yuvrajsingh. this is real cheeting by ms d.... i hope he will select a good team for england toor.
why would u not slog out if u are not able to take singles...yuvi didn't even try slogging..it was a strange innings under the circumstances...looked like he was mentally stressed out or panicked
India were 130 for 4. Two star batsmen Raina and Jadeja were still there in the pavilion. This fact speaks louder to show that our star batsmen, neither could / want to score nor get out.
