mar thoma, nee naarunnu, do not bring region in to this. Yakoob ba.
his shows the difference between the attitude of Indians and Australians, Watson gave more runs than Ishant in this match and in the previous match(9 ECO) , and their captain never blamed their him. Cricket is a team game Dhoni just dont understand it well.

same reason as world class players such as Dodo Ganesh, David Johnson, Sunil Joshi Sujit Somsundar got chance to represent India
D.Goel,PKL, Morning , 9.25Am,Monday,Oct.21, 2013 while like any othercricketwatcher I too was disappointedby the Bowling of Ishant who allowed the match slip through his buttergingered bowling that evening. Hiowever, I disagree with most reactions of Indian watchers who wish him to be removed from thisteam. No . wemuast let him be punished by his remorse, maybe next time he is a very successful bowler.for aLL WE KNOW.THERE ARE STILL 4 MATCHES, AND INDIANS COULD MAKE A GOOD RUN OF THE SERIES,d. gOEL
We find Murali Vijay Umesh Yadav or Pragyan Ojha are dropped frequently on failing in a single match, but Rohit Sharma, Ishant Sharma Or R Ashwin are being retained even after series of failures. Does a player need a Godfather in BCCI?

Very true, evenafter continuous failures the above ones are retained in every series. Very pathetic situation in selection. Reghunath

no ! if u are a brahman then 100 chances for u and if u are lower caste, obc, muslim then every chance is your last chance. rohit sharma, ishant sharma, agarkar are just some of the examples
